However I’m wondering since I moved to girth I’m kinda done with Lenght so do I still have to decondition myself so I can gain girth by other means instead of clamping? If I can continue girth in a non clamping way, what would be the best excercises? Will I not gain girth easy since Ive been clamping?

The circumferential tunica layers that are involved in girth increase are not toughened much by length exercises, so if you have been focussing on length you shouldn’t need to decondition at all before going onto girth exercises.

I would add slinkies or ulis to start with, but you could reasonably pick any girth exercise from the exercises list, and add it to jelqing.

Is clamping basically a way to keep a uli for longer periods of time? Without squeezing the glans?

Clamping is clamping. Is jelqing a moving Uli? Are Horse 440s a double ended jelq? If you want them to be, they can be, but they are what they are.

You mentioned that you jumped into clamping early and couldn’t gain. I think I’ve toughened my tunica as well. Will that hinder my girth gains to?

If I decide to go back to lenght. Would I need to stop everything for 8-12 months?

The answer to both your questions is the same. If you are not gaining and have tried every conceivable methodology to get gains going again, then it is time to take an extended deconditioning break. If you are still able to gain you don’t need to take a break.

Of course there is nothing wrong with taking a break any time you want to. If you have got bored of PE or your penis feels like it wants a holiday, then take a break whether you need one or not. Sometimes it is good to take a break and decide to come back with more enthusiasm another time.

I feel when I am horny, girth gains are easier to achieve. The specificity of the exercise could be secondary.

I always do manual stretches before clamping. Since that’s a lenght excercise should I not do that?

I think it’s good to stretch before clamping, just like it’s good to stretch a balloon before blowing it up :)

Exactly! I stretch before, between sets, and after. I usually try to sneak in quick stretch/massage throughout the day.

Good info. Now doing stretches while only working on girth… Can you gain lenght or should you not stretch to that extreme while doing clamping?

I’ve noticed the last few weeks I have a pea sized bruising about one inch from the head. It doesn’t hurt but I know this is from clamping. What is the best thing to do? It goes away within 30 mins. Only comes back when clamping.
