Clamping for a month

I have been clamping for a month and expand in the clamp from 4.75 at the base up to 5.25” somedays 5.5” at the base for girth… I havent seen any permanent gains yet. Is it to early to dismiss clamping? current schedule is one on one off… stretch 10 min, jelq 5 min, edge while clamped 10 min, jelq 2 minutes, edge while clamped 10 min…

That is some expansion. Back off from clamping only if you notice decreases in EQ (or negative PI, injury).

My erections rate around 8 throughout the day unless im really turned on I can hit 10. I am a shade darker in penis color from discoloration but I am seeing alot of veins I never saw before so I will take that as a positive.

I saw the same results you mention first, glans getting bigger. Later the base had an increase.

I’ve been clamping for a few weeks. Keep us informed on your progress. I haven’t been found a routine just when I want to really work him out. I do want to know how a routine and discipline would help but I don’t have to time.

I don’t measure the base but i have the baseball bat effect and with clamping i can see that my base it’s growing. Slowly but surely.

Maybe add another 10min set of clamping? I find three to four sets to give the best gains for the least amount of fliud. Three sets is I get a good tight clamp all three times or add an extra set if one clamp doesn’t get as tight as I want.

The first clamp starts at 5.25 and finishes at 5.35. Number two gets to 5.5 with the third set around 5.6.

Wow. Based on your input Shaunbaby, looks like I need to measure more frequently when clamping. Okay, confession, I’ve never measured when clamping. Will though to see if there are increases each time. Feels like it. Love the first stroking session after the first clamping. Feels like I own the world! Ha.

im going to take a week off at the end of the month which will make 3 months of clamping before break. I may even do it sooner if I think I will benefit from it. I notice some people gain on a week break but not sure if its good for breaking from clamping.
