Clamping for long periods of time

I was just wondering how this works, as like.. An ADS but for girth.

I figured clamping, at a lower percentage of an erection, like 25-35% erection, tight enough so the blood can’t escape, and then just leaving it there for an hour or more.

Is there any research on this?

I tried this once, it is a very dangerous road to go down. I looked at my dick after 20 or so minutes and there was some nasty fluid build up scared the shit out of me and I never did it again. I think 25-35% erection is too much to shoot for just think about a very small amount of pressure to keep yourself plump but keep the blood flowing!

I think this is a terrible idea. The point is to expand your dick to its maximum size, not keep it in a plump state. This cannot be good. You have to let new blood in there.

Well, I’ve done it the last 3 days.. And there has definitely feels like an increase in size and no damaging effects as of yet.

I still have positive PI, morning wood still, etc

I totally agree with this. It makes absolutely no sense, with clamping, the higher pressure the better, thats the name of the game, but its also why there is increased risk.


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

I think that if you don’t clamp at more 100% of pressure you can enlarge the tunica (deformation plastic point), but you enlarge smouth-muscle .

If you have some gains with clamp at lower pressure , so it’s the smooth muscle so the next limit will be the tunica.

I get more of an ‘engorged’ look when I clamp at higher pressure, like multiple clamps, and higher erection.

But I seem to get more of that ‘enlarged feeling’ when I do the long period clamping.

I guess I’m gonna mix them both, I really don’t care as long as I gain.

The explonation is the break of collagen fiber, if the pressure is not enough but still we have a good pressure, so you have to wait a certain time to break the collagen fiber.

If you use a multiple clamp with an higher pressure, so you don’t have to wait ,the deformation plastic is reach and the gain is definitive.
