Clamping gains

Clamping gains

I have been clamping for approximately 1 month for 10-15 minutes per day. I am noticing gains. Can some who has been clamping for a longer period who has had significant gains please respond with stat gains and the time it took?

Also, any help to gain width?

I’ve been mostly clamping, with a little manual stretching the last 2 months. I’ve seen my girth go up .25” and sometimes .5 inches, and .25” length gain. I’m doing 30-50 minutes clamped 5-6 days per week with about 2 weeks off during that time due to vacation.
