So I’ve been doing PE for about 9 months now. I finally got into clamping and have only been doing it for a short time so can’t comment on gains yet. But I have been doing manuals for so long and for girth they have been useless for me. And I know that is the case for some other PEers. So I feel clamping is the best decision for me.

Regarding length, my length gains have started to slow down. Not only that, I am increasing my rep count per session. So I am increasing my rep count and gains are slowing down. I have never tried hanging but after doing research it seems like a slam dunk way to make length gains. I have a lot of alone time and want to do other things while doing PE so this is perfect for me. I certainly want to do hanging. But clamping + hanging sounds intense.

My current routine:

Warm up: 5 min
Tension stretch: 45 reps (increase by 1 rep per session)
Clamped squeezes: 40 reps (increase by 5 reps per session)
Towel raises: 45 reps (increase by 1 rep per session)
Super kegel: 2 sets 100 seconds each
Firegoat rolls: 2 mins
Warm down: 5 min

Do you think my penis can handle both hanging and clamping in the same routine if I gradually worked up the intensity?
Would you approve of it as a viable PE routine?
For those of you who’ve done hanging, do you think it is the superior way to make length gains?

Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

There is a general warning to gain too much girth before length. Best gain length first.

My suggestion would be to drop clamping for now and start hanging until you are close to your length goal. You might even gain a little bit of girth while hanging. It’s not all that uncommon.

I gain girth so much easier than length. No matter what I do the girth comes alot quicker for me. I made my own hanger with the zen hanger as a guide. It cost me about 20$ to make including the silicone sleeve. I use large salt water fishing sinkers for weight. I got the weights at a flea market for 2$ i have a total of 5lbs of weight each sinker is 1lb. I love hanging.

I kinda wish I had that problem. Girth seems to be pretty hard to come by for me. I’ve gained roughly an inch and a half in length and for the most part am satisfied with it. Girth on the other hand Ive gained roughly 3/8 of an inch in the last 7 years of my off and on career. I would be happy with just another half inch.

Yes I just started adding them to my routine a couple weeks ago. I’m hoping that will be the spark I need.

From my experience, I’ve learned to go for length first. Before my decon break I believe doing both length and girth halted my gains. Now after the break. I’m able to make length gains again. Once I reach my first goal of 7 inches, I’ll start my girth routines. For now, I’m not worried about having a long and thin dick. The ultimate goal of 7 X 5 is what matters.

Do people agree with this? Go length first? I was on the fence about it because I have a girlfriend and want to start gaining in the girth department for her (dangerous, can make a person rush to make gains too fast), but I want to do what is best. People say the length first girth second theory is just theory but that doesn’t mean it should be discounted when there are some data points to suggest it has merit. I definitely want to be 7x5 one day. I’m sure I’d end up going for more but I would be so content with those measures.

Length before girth is a theory and only a theory. Your going to get mixed opinions on it.

The advice I can give you is if you plan on hanging you need to plan on about 2.5 to 3 hours a day of being immobile. The other thing you will find is if using a clamp style hanger such as the bib you’ll actually gain girth as you hang. Now if your still truly considering hanging and can dedicate that much time to PE I’d make a homemade one first to see if hanging is for you. Then if your still considering this you’ll need to condition and learn the techniques for several weeks. And now if your still considers this hahah after all this time you can try clamping after your hanging sets.

Hanging is a long process that can produce good gains but it takes a lot of time and patience. It’s perfect if your a work from home guy. I can say in about 6 weeks time I gained around an 1/8 of an inch but after about 8 weeks I couldn’t take the boredom anymore.

Also you’ve made great gains so I would continue with what your doing until the gains stop. Congrats on the gains!👍🏻

The gains have stopped. I do work from home so I am going to do hanging. I’ve decided I want to do exclusively hanging and leave the clamping for later.

Reasons:

-Hanging is an intense exercise and I will be going to fatigue. Clamping is also very intense and doing both is likely to cause injury.
-Theory states length before girth, but no one says girth before length. So based on what we think, it is safest to go length and then girth.
-The only reason I’d want to do girth first would be to please my current girl. This is a rushing mindset. It is not coming from a place of what is best for me long-term.

How did you get most of your girth gains? I had almost zero girth results over a year of manuals. Just don’t understand how that works for people.

Really excited to do hanging. I know it’s going to be a bit frustrating getting the wrap/technique right in the first few weeks, but from what I’ve read it will be completely rewarding. What were your results from hanging? And how quick did you get your first 0.25 inches, 0.5 inches, and 1 inch?
