Hi.. I’ve just started clamping.. I only got these metal clamps.. Oh my god what a mess to put them on and of.. I will order some cable clamps 8but I’m in Denmark) like all of you are using.. Until then ill continue with the metal clamps.. But I don’t know if it’s working for me.. My dick gets fatter and bigger than a normal erection but yet it’s not ROCK hard while clamped.. It’s still a little soft, even though it’s really pumped up.. Is this normal?? I like to do the edging to keep it as big as possible.. But damn it’s hard not to cum.. This must be great exercise for learning to hold back ejaculation having sex?? Am I right??

And how about this clamping.. Will it give harder and stronger erections to like jelqing?? I guess ‘yes’? Or what?

Clamping promotes better bloodflow so overall I feel it is similar to jelqing in that you will get stronger erections. Maybe not the same day as you clamp but a day or some days after(as with jelqing).

If you are going to buy a new clamping device I would suggest that you get an Airclamp (sold at peweigths.com). Much easier to put on and off and you can control the pressure exactly. There is no need for soft wrapping either.

What I do to get the hardest erection possible while clamping is I put on the airclamp loosely at the base and get a normal erection then squeeze the airclamp a bit tighter. The erection will then get harder than normal and when it is at its largest I push the clamp all the way towards the pelvis bone and pump the airclamp full. Then I sit with the pelvis slightly pushed forward as if you are reaching for the sky with the pelvis. I usually watch something that turns me on and stroke bit. This will “solidify” the full erection. After a few seconds of that I put the legs together and lean slightly forward. That is when the real pressure comes and I can hold that usually for quite long, up to 10 minutes if I’m watching porn at the same time. I can also regulate the pressure easily by how much the legs are together and how much I’m leaning forward.

Thanks modong.. Have you gained anything from clamping and over how long a period?

I have done a lot of different exercises so it is hard to say what comes from clamping. Most of my girth gains came in the beginning and was from jelqing but I would say at least 0.1-0.2” came from clamping and base girth has become larger because of that, maybe 0.3”. I havn’t been very consistent with my clamping, havn’t kept clamping long enough to cement the gains I made during each clamping period. Going to try to be consistent now for one month and see where it takes me, what I have learned though is that for me to get any girth gains I have to put some real pressure on that tunica and keep it up for a long period.
