Clamping Permanent..If not why bother?

Clamping Permanent..If not why bother?

Given up on length so going to have a go at girth which from previous experience i know i can gain quite quickly….Did jelqing for a while when i first started which i thought might give me length (with the power jelq) which works for girth but just started clamping which seems to be more effective but is it permanent?

I dont want to be 3 or 4 months down the line with a .5 gain only to measure 2 weeks later and it’s gone like pumping.I know this has been asked before but do people on here have permanent gains from clamping alone?

Clamping is like any other PE exercise. Gains are permanent but you have to cement them. Meaning, you have to persist

with a routine long enough for temporary gains to become permanent. MANY guys have nice permanent girth gains.

This all takes times (years) to cement gains. But It works.

If you gain and then quit two weeks later, cold turkey, then you’re going to lose it all. The only way you’ll keep your gains is if you embark on a determinied course of PE not just to make your gains, but also to condition your gains and make them permanent (cementing).

PE is a long run endeavour if you’re after KEEPING that bigger whang. Don’t worry though, keep at it. I NEVER THOUGHT I’d get the requisite dedication to actually go through with all of this, but it’s happened and now I actually LOVE PE- Thunders, experimenting, trying to innovate, listening to my body. It can be quite a journey of self discovery if you let it be.

IT stuck for me!

Dudes name is Dirk Diggler, oh shit. Anyway I thought about this when I first started. I came to the conclusion that, after I gained all I wanted to gain. That I would do light PE, well forever. If you lift weights for 3 years then stop for 3 you are going to lose most all of that muscle. But a light routine will keep most of your gains. I’m hooked on PE.

the easy answer is to never stop and just keep on gaining :)
