Clamping Qs
Hi,
Only been clamping for a few weeks now, I replaced jelqing with clamping as I seemed to be getting no where with jelqing over the months I’d tried. Length gains have been good but I’m thinking this is down to manual stretching. Could be wrong though. I hope not.
When clamped my EG goes from 4.5/6” to 5.0”, it’s not an immeadiate increase but usually about half way in I’m up to that level. Is this a good increase or should I try for tighter on the clamp?
Is it better to keep stimulated ie erect during a clamp session or it makes no sense just let it subside?
I tend to kegal for 5 sec on 1 sec off for the first two clamp sessions then 20 sec on 2 sec off for the last session, good or bad idea?
For those that have clamped how quick and what results did you get? I’m trying to guage if I’m actually making progress clamping or should look elsewhere after a few months like jelqing.
