Hi,

Only been clamping for a few weeks now, I replaced jelqing with clamping as I seemed to be getting no where with jelqing over the months I’d tried. Length gains have been good but I’m thinking this is down to manual stretching. Could be wrong though. I hope not.

When clamped my EG goes from 4.5/6” to 5.0”, it’s not an immeadiate increase but usually about half way in I’m up to that level. Is this a good increase or should I try for tighter on the clamp?
Is it better to keep stimulated ie erect during a clamp session or it makes no sense just let it subside?
I tend to kegal for 5 sec on 1 sec off for the first two clamp sessions then 20 sec on 2 sec off for the last session, good or bad idea?
For those that have clamped how quick and what results did you get? I’m trying to guage if I’m actually making progress clamping or should look elsewhere after a few months like jelqing.

I got immediate results from clamping, gained 0.5cm in 10 days. Then I reached my girth goal and quit clamping.

Thanks, after quitting did you maintain the girth or use another method to maintain it?

No, I maintained it.

When your clamping you should be hard cause when you clamp you should be at least 75% erect, so when the clamp goes on you should be 100%+ and this should be maintained throughout your clamping session without any stimulation. I can stay rock hard for 20minutes + while clamping with no problem.

Thanks Gram40, couple of more notches up on the clamp and it seems to stay rock hard without intervention, don’t think I could kegal like this though it’ll go bang :)

If only it stayed this thick all the time…

Nobody else has any more thoughts on this?

Clamping can be kind of addicting because the feeling while clamped is that your so big and stretching at the same time. This kind of concerns me because if your at the length that you want to be, then certainly girth exercises is where you want to be, but if you want more length then you need to concentrate on length exercises. The general principle is that length is harder to get dependent on the volume or mass of your unit. The more mass or volume the harder it is to stretch for length. This is a principle derived from vets far older then I. I tend to agree that as I progressed length gains were slower and that probably was affected by the fact that my girth increased as I went along. Never the less what I’m getting at here is to moderate girth exercises until you reach your length goals or are at least close. You can get some length gains from clamping but they will be the inverse of length exercises giving girth.

Hi Monty,

I put an inch in lenght from January but almost nothing in girth.
Now I am about 7” BPEL and only about 4.3” girth MS.

Stretching is working very well for me while jelqing does not.

Now I am trying manual clamping, naturally this is possible at most only for 2-3 minutes, after that hands are very tired. The sensation is wonderful, my girth goes up to 4.9” very easily, so I think Clamps is my exercise for girth.

But, as I think I need another 1” in lentgh, do you think I have to wait before using clamps device?

Every day but as I had mentioned before it was only 10 days. In my opinion 7/0 or 6/1 is the way to go with clamping.
