A simple question, how long is it safe to clamp. I understand 10 minutes per session, but how many hours a day is too much?

The most common plan I’ve seen on here is 3 sets of 10 minutes each, with 5-10 minutes of rest in between each set. That’s what I do.

Thanks ccd, I read that in “clamping 101” however, it seems like one (me in particular) could handle more than 30 minutes a day. I’m thinking more like an hour a day.
