Clamping Tips For Maximum Expansion

Have you got any? In my little experience I find a couple of sets in if you kegel alot and stay erect the whole time that gets me the best but I would like to maximize it as much as possible so does anyone have any techniques.

There are lots of technique to get maximum expansion, may it be advance or basic.
The important thing is, not to go to hard if you have got minimal experience otherwise you might risk getting a serious injury.

In my opinion if you are getting an expansion of + 2/8 of your normal erect girth,that is good enough to gain girth over time.

Anyway, to get more expansion,

1.Try and build up the intensity -like start with (warm up 5-10 mins) Wet Jelq along with few Uli towards the end, then warm up another 5 mins then you may start your
Clamping session.

2.Try Advance technique like double clamping or Horse squeeze

So warm up is recommended? I read somewhere that it was not necessary for clamping.

Heat is a PE’er best friend. If you don’t warm up, it’s like leaving the door open for Mr Injury to come in lol.

Some people get away maybe by not warm up because they have years under their belt.

You ALWAYS warm up!

Warm ups help prevent discolouration for me but nothing else really. Thanks Zabora I hope that’s true. I usually always get 1/4 of an inch expansion and at max it’s 1/2. Did mean this or 1/4 of my whole size which is 5” so that would be like over an inch more in the expanded state which seems crazy to me, I’d love it!

For me, I get the best expansion when I attach the clamp when I am about 40-45% erection, and then get a full erection afterwards. Attaching the clamp when you are fully erect will not give nearly as much expansion.

I can see this also but I do panic thinking my cock is going to expand too much and the ultra tight clamp (sock) will cause injury.

Of course I’m being overly cautious but I’m very attached to my penis and wouldn’t want to hurt my bestest friend on this whole planet.

You should use a cable clamp because they release with one snap, this has saved my cock from exploding on several occasions.

I stopped warming up a couple months ago, and my dick feels better than it ever has;but after every PE workout be it jelqing, clamping or horse squeeze, I cool down but dipping my penis in a cup of really cold water.I can totally feel the cold in the lower chamber. I think it helps with the healing process, and soreness.

Man I don’t know how you guys clamp successfully. EQ dies when I clamp. I’ve read that this happens to others too. Too bad, as is obviously a great girth tool.

In my opinion, I think you need to be very careful about what you are doing to your unit. Not warming up before doing advance exercise like such Horse squeeze and clamping could be fatal over time, especially IF you are not an experience PE’er. You may be doing damage to other internal structures that may not be apparent now and slowly slowly the injury will creep up on you and then you’ll be forced out to take time out.

About clamping, maybe you need to reduce the amount of clamping set you do and find the balance, so that it does not affect your EQ too much. But, yes I will agree with you that clamping or generally girth exercise is what really effect EQ.
