Clamping - what is the average rate of gain?

I realise that there are many variables that can affect gains when clamping: e.g. duration of clamp, number of sets, number of times a week, physiology, etc. but I was wondering how much girth does the average person gain in a month?

I’m interested as I’ve recently started to clamp for an average of 40 minutes per day (over a few sets) 4 times a week and, so far, after one month it has made no difference whatsoever. If people could let me know their own experiences and could offer me advice I’d really appreciate it.

I gained a 0.5 cm in 10 days when clamping. I will never know if I would have gained more because that 0.5cm gain has gotten me to my girth goal :D .

Try to up the pressure and/or intensity. Jelq while clamped, your dick will be hard as a freaking rock, and much bigger than usual.

2x15 minutes of clamping every day with constant edging to keep the erection hard.

I achieved most of my gains from the first 3-4 months of clamping, favouring 3-4 x 15 minute sets of moderate single clamping…:)

I’ve been clamping about 2 months, have gained a questionable 3/16ths of an inch. However, P.E doesn’t seem to help girth much(in my case), had positively no girth gains after 3 months of jelqing. It seems like if your cursed with low gains via other methods clamping is no different.


Starting: (2/1/06) (nbpel=7.8) (bpel=8.15) (eg=5 3/16)

06/29/07: (nbpel=8 1/2) (bpel=9) (mid eg=6) (base eg 6.25)

Pap - I feel your pain. It seems to be impossible for me to gain any girth and I’ve tried all kinds of techniques over the past year or so. I’ve been doing PE on and off for 4 years now and have only gained a measly 0.25” in girth.

I’ll give the edging and jelqing whilst clamped ideas a try. If that fails then I’ll resort to adding a second clamp. I shall never surrender against girth!

My girth gains have been super slow over the past few months, so I gave up clamping and started pumping and jelqing instead.

2 x 15 mins in Pump at 5hg and 2 x 10 mins jelqing per day, over the past month have got me from 5.1 to 5.25 midshaft.

A small increase maybe, but incredibly fast for me, and have the bonus of far better boners.

Four months clamping 10min 3X/day at 120% erection. Four months rest……….no girth increase. Four more months 10 min 3X/day at 120% erection. Four months rest……….no girth increase. Wonder at the girth increase by clampers if they quit clamping for a few months and then measured.

Drilla 9 ,when you was clamping did you have any rest days. What was your routine.

simonwacko, (I know a few of those :D ) - my routine consisted of 5 days on 2 days off(weekend) clamping, usually between 3 and 4 sets of 15 minutes modertae single clamping without wrap. For a more detailed synopsis click the clamping link in my sig.

Me? Clamping = Zero gains and a damaged penis that needs 4-5 days to recover.


I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.
