Clamping - what is the average rate of gain?
I realise that there are many variables that can affect gains when clamping: e.g. duration of clamp, number of sets, number of times a week, physiology, etc. but I was wondering how much girth does the average person gain in a month?
I’m interested as I’ve recently started to clamp for an average of 40 minutes per day (over a few sets) 4 times a week and, so far, after one month it has made no difference whatsoever. If people could let me know their own experiences and could offer me advice I’d really appreciate it.
