Hello my friends!

This week, I added (for the first time) a 10 minutes clamping session after my pumping routine, and realized that my EQ was decreasing. Now, before you start calling me a jerk, and all that stuff, I just want to tell you that I really do not know if clamping is the main cause of this.

As you may have read in some other threads, I’m struggling with the fact that I’m sick of porn, I’ve never got used to that shit, and can’t even get excited with that anymore. I’m having some difficulties staying erect while pumping too. I know I’ve overdone in the past weeks, and I just took some days off, and my erections returned to ROCK HARD mode, but I really would like to know if you guys think I should stop with the clamping for now, or if 10 minutes was too much for someone who never clamped before, or if my EQ problem is caused by something else.

I just want your opinion guys!

Hell I’ve always had a problem staying hard in the pump with or without porn. My johnson needs direct stimulation.

The clamping isn’t the problem - it’s the clamping straight after pumping. They’re both pretty intense exercises. If you must, do one or the other, but if you’re suffering from poor EQ, performing one after the other is not going to help.

It doesn’t matter how big you get if you can’t get it up, so ease up on your penis.

EQ is effected by the totality of your PE (and other factors). It may not be that 10 minutes is too much, or that your pumping is too much, but OBVIOUSLY doing both at the same sitting IS.

Reading your EQ is the real key to success. It will allow you to try any PE mode or combination and find what works. As you get good at READING your EQ and RESPONDING to it quickly and intelligently, you will find you can keep yourself in the “growth zone” most of the time.

Pumping and clamping each can be very stressful to the penis. So you have noticed that lately you have been having trouble staying erect in the pump. You also mentioned you took some days off and EQ returned with “rock hard” erections. This is VERY important information for you. This indicates that pumping can be beneficial for you, but you are doing too much or too often. Experiment with either less or less frequently.

You should never be more than one to two days away (of rest) from rock hard erections ( your best EQ levels).

G_want7 you have ‘one hung low’ posting you. Well I meant to call him DRILLA9 and he is giving you dam good advice. sparkyx posted good stuff to think about. Don’t do anything to injure yourself. Like drilla posted, what good is a large dick if you can’t keep an erection. Build it slowly, let your body get used to it, and I’m talking blood flow. Take care my friend.

Believe me, I’m being very patient, and I’m not trying to build a large dick overnight. Believe me, I’ve been very careful about this whole penis enlargement process. I’m just trying to figure out what’s best for me!

In my first months of training, I made a lot of mistakes. The biggest, was to believe that there was a magical formula for the penis enlargement. I used to ask people who have gained, exactly what they have done, and then I would try to do the same and end up gaining nothing. The more time I spent on this PE thing, the more I learned, the more advices I got, and, the most important lesson I’ve learned: we must forget about the others, and do what works for us. And that’s exactly what I’ve been looking for all this time: something that works for me.

Pumping works for me, no doubt about that, but I’m having huge problems on figuring out a way to keep myself excited, erect while in the tube. Also, my EQ has decreased, so I guess that it’s a big turn off too.

I will try to come up with a new (and more light) routine for me.

Actually I like the pumping-clamping combination myself…I think they work very well together, but you must determine the time and force level thats good for you.

Think about giving this a try. Start with pumping, and try a pump PUSH kegel. What that is is you determine your vacuum level, lets say 3 in hg. So get an erection and insert into the tube (well lubed dick) and pump it up to 3 in hg. Now, push into the tube like you are screwing it. This will cause the vacuum to drop if you are reading the gauge. While you do this push or just before you start it, kegel hard and hold it while you push deep. Hold it for however long its comfortable to hold the kegel, 2-5 seconds or whatever.

Then release the push and the tube will move on its own to its normal position. What you will find is that this expands the penis faster, and you will see the vacuum level will drop as you get larger and larger. When the vacuum drops, just pump it back up to the 3 in hg.

What this does is stretch you nicely, helps keep the erection and you are doing great kegels at the same time.

What I recommend is start with about 30 of these to begin with. When you hit 30, get out of the tube, dry off and do some helicopters to restore normal color (grab the base of the penis and try and spin it like a helicopter blade). NOW, put on your clamp and clamp for a little less than you normally do successfully to try and accomadate for the stress of pumping. So if you have done 10 minutes with good results, try about 8 minutes for now. By the way I think helicopters are great post clamping too to prevent discoloration, spin it hard!

So, if you find that your EQ is returning nicely with this routine, you can SLOWLY add to the time of both of them, making sure you watch your EQ closely. If it starts to drop, back down a bit on time or take a day off, you will have to experiment.

I think you will really like the pump push kegels a lot. Also, if your tube is calibrated, make a note of your size when you first go in, and when you are done. Its a great way to measure your size changes. If its not calibrated, take bright red nail polish and put a little dot to mark the tube. Its the only thing I have found that doesn’t come off quickly or easily with use and washing.

I have been clamping a little over two weeks know and can i say it is addicting. When you get done with your workout and you get the hardest erection ever it feels so fucking great!!

What I was wondering I do manual stretches then clamp one day on and one off i have gained 1/2 inch in girth but no length. I would like to gain more length as well

Any idea what i can do I don’t want to loose the girth I have gained, but I do want a little more length I have not done any jelqs while I have been clamping

Well you’ve proved to yourself that you can gain girth, and pretty quickly. If you’re concerned with gaining length first, do it sooner rather than later as you may find that it’s more difficult to lengthen a thicker object than a thinner one.

You shouldn’t lose much of your gains, and even if you do, you know how quickly you can get them back.

Is it really hard to gain length when you add clamping to your routine. I heard some guys had some gain in length only from clamping.

So shall I omit clamping from myroutine because I want another 1inch in less beside the 1inch i already got in the last 4 months.

I love clamping and I am going to really miss i. :(

Well I just started clamping last week and my gain had already got really slow before starting clamping. I think it is better if I go for hanging for couple of month before goig back to clamping.
