In my first months of training, I made a lot of mistakes. The biggest, was to believe that there was a magical formula for the penis enlargement. I used to ask people who have gained, exactly what they have done, and then I would try to do the same and end up gaining nothing. Pumping works for me, no doubt about that, but I’m having huge problems on figuring out a way to keep myself excited, erect while in the tube. Also, my EQ has decreased, so I guess that it’s a big turn off too.
I will try to come up with a new (and more light) routine for me.
Actually I like the pumping-clamping combination myself…I think they work very well together, but you must determine the time and force level thats good for you.
Think about giving this a try. Start with pumping, and try a pump PUSH kegel. What that is is you determine your vacuum level, lets say 3 in hg. So get an erection and insert into the tube (well lubed dick) and pump it up to 3 in hg. Now, push into the tube like you are screwing it. This will cause the vacuum to drop if you are reading the gauge. While you do this push or just before you start it, kegel hard and hold it while you push deep. Hold it for however long its comfortable to hold the kegel, 2-5 seconds or whatever.
Then release the push and the tube will move on its own to its normal position. What you will find is that this expands the penis faster, and you will see the vacuum level will drop as you get larger and larger. When the vacuum drops, just pump it back up to the 3 in hg.
What this does is stretch you nicely, helps keep the erection and you are doing great kegels at the same time.
What I recommend is start with about 30 of these to begin with. When you hit 30, get out of the tube, dry off and do some helicopters to restore normal color (grab the base of the penis and try and spin it like a helicopter blade). NOW, put on your clamp and clamp for a little less than you normally do successfully to try and accomadate for the stress of pumping. So if you have done 10 minutes with good results, try about 8 minutes for now. By the way I think helicopters are great post clamping too to prevent discoloration, spin it hard!
So, if you find that your EQ is returning nicely with this routine, you can SLOWLY add to the time of both of them, making sure you watch your EQ closely. If it starts to drop, back down a bit on time or take a day off, you will have to experiment.
I think you will really like the pump push kegels a lot. Also, if your tube is calibrated, make a note of your size when you first go in, and when you are done. Its a great way to measure your size changes. If its not calibrated, take bright red nail polish and put a little dot to mark the tube. Its the only thing I have found that doesn’t come off quickly or easily with use and washing.
