Please somebody can help me and post here some link from ebay to clamping device I didn’t find nothing I living in Israel if that matter.

Type “cable clamp” there. Most of them ships worldwide.

or “cable cuff”. Probably 2”

I really don’t think you should be looking into clamping based off your other posts of saying jelqing isn’t working (not to mention all your posts saying PE doesn’t work). Chill out man, take it easy and be patient.
