I’ve not heard of it before and most people seem to kegel whilst clamped. I certainly do.

Kegeling while clamped allows pressure feedback to travel into the pelvic floor and can cause dysfunction of the muscles/floor due to the sudden force of that feedback. Quite a bit more to it, but that’s the basics.

You use your hands or the clamp to create the pressure, never your erection or kegels.

Just in to ask a question to Thisistheway, but first a little context.

I’m not doing clamping exactly, but am doing some sort of aided edging with a sort of clamp, static one (cannot graduate it, just open or close), with which I do get some extra pressure when erected but not exactly while flaccid. From what I understand about clamping, there is not much blood flow going on, while on my method there is flow, just aided retaining, so I call it “soft clamping”.

So now the question, you mention that kegeling while clamped is not good. Do you feel that would affect negatively this “soft clamping” of mine?

Your method is the right way to clamp if you can avoid kegels cuz you are using your erection, rather than kegels, to move and trap blood in your dick.

In general, if you are restricting the blood flow in your dick, kegels should be avoided as it can lead to dysfunction of the pelvic floor.

Clamp Position

Hi everyone

I recently read that the clamp position is important

I Put the screw in the bottom but this clamp placement give me very bad EQ but better expansion

Maybe its takes a Time to adapt ?
I want your advices please

Typically thats the correct position hing / screw facing the floor if you are standing.

Dont strangle. Never let it get dark purple. Do not exceed 10 min.

Start with 5 min.

If you havent sone 3.or 4 months just manual work stop clamping and first condition yourself.


Goal 7.5 x 6.5

Start 4/22 6 x 5.25 BG

Current 11/22 6 x 5.5 BG 4-7/8" MG

I did clamping for 3 month Now and i Had never bad EQ also a very good EQ and the clamp position it was like a C but i had not a good gains and not a good expansion

My routine is:

5* 10 min and Maximum click with heat

And 5 min rest beetween

Gain Girth

Hi everyone

I am still on my clamping routine and I finally have some good width gains for once since I started pe

For me it was very difficult to gain width
But right now I noticed that when I push the cable clamp really deep into the pubic area I have a good enlargement but the next day I have soft erections

My conclusion is that I should not push the cable clamp too far down but moderately.
But I don’t have too much expansion during the session

Do you think that I can still have gains without too much expansion during the clamping session ?

Expansion is key for any girth routine, especially clamping. The temperory expansion you see during any kind of girth work will eventually become your permanent girth.

Clamping is a very intense girth workout so poor EQ the same and the following day is to be expected. Do not go over 5 mins of clamping time. Best way is to clamp for 5 mins, rest for 5 mins and then continue the cycle for 30 mins - 1 hr. No need to go over 1 hr. In fact, it’s better to limit your sessions to 30 mins in the beginning and gradually work your way upto 1 hr sessions. Also, don’t do it everyday, do it 1 on 1 off.

Because I noticed that there are sets the cable clamp is not at the maximum of the base even if I force with my hands

I want a trick to have a The clamp close to the pubic bone as possible. Because its not easy sometimes i succed.

Do you start with 100% erection and put the clamp or put the clamp and After build the erection ?

Does the clamp move or do you have difficulty placing the clamp in the position you want it? Have you tried using two clamps?

What kind of clamp are you using?

My English isn’t perfect either so it’s a little difficult for me understand.

Hi everyone !

My routine of the night is :
5 min stretch ,5 min jelqing and 5*10 min clamping

And the following day at the afternoon is :
10 min stretch and 30 min jelqing at high level of erection
But after this routine i notice My penis get thinner and i lost all My gain girth from clamping

What do you think if i do less stretch and jelqing for more gain girth ?

Because for me jelqing its work only for good erection no gain girth and no gain lenght
