Clamping

Hi guys ! For gaining girth i decide to let pumping and do clamping routine 2 *15 min no days off everynight

Il’’me surprised before i didn’t like clamping at all but its give me good and harder erection than pumping

And i can see good résults girth on the base but not on the midshaft

How i can do to develop midshaft ?

Maybe 2 clamping ?

I use heat with clamping

Adding a second clamp can help for sure.

How is the engorgement while clamped? Is it more or less evenly distributed?

The first session clamp it’s very engorged but the second session My EQ its not very good

Because i clamp with heat and it’s hard for me to maintain 100% erection with heat but it’s engorged and i kegel too .

I’d suggest using just one clamp at the base for the time being and not to kegel as it can damage your pelvic floor (a mistake for which I’m suffering even today). You don’t need to be 100% erect, just 90% would be enough.

The clamp should be tight enough so as not to let any blood escape. If you’re losing erection then you’re doing it wrong. You should be looking for an “uncomfortable” stretching feeling while clamping without losing erection, that’s how you know you’re doing it correctly. When I do clamping it literally feels like my dick is about to burst with the internal pressure and I get an AMAZING expansion everytime.

Here is a trick to increase the internal pressure even further (but please be cautious): squeeze your dick just under the glans with an “ok” grip. You can even use 2.5 - 5 mg of cialis an hr before clamping to help you with your erections.

Note: Please limit your sets to not more than 5 mins as it can lead to edema build up on the glans. Take about 2 - 5 mins rest between your sets and you can even massage your dick to restore blood flow. Start with 30 mins (total time) alternating between clamping and resting and gradually increase it to an hr. Also, please take at least one day off after your clamping day because it’s a very intense girth workout so your EQ will definitely be affected. Rest days are necessary for girth work anyways as tissues need time to heal and grow in order to expand over time.

Hey Thisistheway! I liked so much your answer about clamping I would like to try to ask you something in this thread. By performing clamp I really get great expansion but the days after the session one of two thing happens:
I get better EQ
I get worst EQ for a few days

I know this is due to overtraining or not.
So I have two questions:
1. Do you think overtraing a few is ok for the growth?
2. What I’m worried about is that the expansion I get DURING the clamp do not appear with normal, good, optimal erections the days after the session even if I see better EQ. It seems as if the expansion is only temporary. Do you this this is due to some reasons? In your experience do the clamp expansion consolidate in a normal erection with time? And how much time?

Clamping is a very intense workout so it will definitely result in bad EQ. It can take a few days for your EQ to recover depending on the intensity and length of your clamping session.

It’s usually recommended to start with manual clamping first and only start using a clamp when your gains slow down or stop with manual clamping.

The expansion you’re getting from clamping will become your permanent girth over time, I’d say maybe a few months.

Glad I read this, I’ve been doing kegals while clamping here and there. So it’s definitely a no go?

Can you explain why kegels whilst clamped ruin your pelvic floor please?

Doing kegels while clamping will pull significant amount of blood past the pelvic floor which, when combined with the very high internal pressures of clamping, will often result in pelvic floor dysfunction. That’s why it’s often advised to start with manual clamping first so that you get used to the sensations in your dick to safer levels before ramping it up with a clamp.

I made this mistake initially when I started clamping and now my pelvic floor is so tight that I can only get 100% erections when I’m very intoxicated. It was never like this before I started clamping.

Me No Understand

I wrote a lengthy reply which I obviously failed to post.

In essence, the amount of blood kegels push into an erection (whether clamped or not) is miniscule and I see no way this can affect the pelvic floor, which is muscular/ligamentatious.

Have you a mechanism for this phenomenon?

I’ve not heard of it before and most people seem to kegel whilst clamped. I certainly do.

I mean the remedy normally recommended for a tight PC muscle is to do reverse kegels. Also if you need a general guide for clamping Clamping 101 - The clamping guide.
