Stop jelqing ASAP. Very dangerous and risky. You’re very likely to have a nerve damage.

If you want girth then just stick to cable or manual clamping. Aim for session length of at least 30 mins.

I did jelqing for several years to get gains but nothing it’s helped me when I had my girlfriend for my erections that’s all but I never had any health problems with this technique

Do you think I should stop stretching too for more gains girth ?

If you want girth then you should start with manual clamping for at least 30 mins per day and gradually increase the time to 1 hour. Do 5 mins of clamping and then rest for 2 - 5 mins per set. Do as many sets as you can.

No, stretching won’t have any affect on girth but it’s more for length than girth.

I am always in a 100% clamping routine with stretch .

But I’ve been noticing for two months that I’m having a hard time closing the

Clamp .

I wonder if it’s not because of my socks that I put like wrap or its because My Weight gain ?

Or My girth gain ?

Do you have solutions for that ?

Hello bro. Why do you say that about the jelq? Did you practice it? And how do you see the ssj? And the pumping?
