I would not trust the covering to stop toxic lead from leaching through into my body.

I would not worry too much. As long as you do not ingest and lead you should not have a problem. Lead salts on the surface of the lead could get on your hands and thus into your mouth. Just use good hygiene while working on the CC including washing your hands. The shrink wrap I used works fine in providing a barrier on the CC.

So after waiting 2 weeks for all the materials to come in I was all excited to finally make it last night. I’m a newbie with certain tools and heat shrink was one of them. I bought the same diameter that the lead was. Lets just say after 30 min of struggling and only covering 8 inches of wire I decided that it was not working. So now I’ll have to wait another week for the 1/2 inch 3:1 heat shrink to come in. I bought 10 feet on Amazon here since you can customize size beyond 4 feet and color, plus I have free shipping with Prime.

I know I doubted this design in the past but I think you are right Xeno given enough time most PE practitioners will come around to your ideas.

So this was definitely a learning process. I got everything but the epoxy from amazon. I have now made two and now how to make them. The first one still had 8 inches of the clear 1/4th inch heat shrink wrap on it. I had the heat gun on the highest setting and in two spots where the white 1/2 inch heat shrink was over the 1/4 inch clear heat shrink, a bubble formed, that popped and burned. I added 1 inch of white heat shrink over the burn areas, shrunk them and then epoxyied the ends. The second one I had no issues whats so ever. Is a simple process now that I think about it. I had to coil both 3 times before I found a pill bottle that was 6 inches in circumference. I will test out wearing today and next week.

Heat Shrink, it seems the colored varieties are a little thicker and flame retardant. That might explain the burns, coming over the clear heat shrink. I don’t recommend the clear

Heat Gun: I got it for $20, I’d recommend something around that price if you’re not going to be using the heat gun often, it does have many other uses though.

Linked at the bottom are the finished products. Again the first one is ugly and I will most likely make others and use this one to go over one. Total for the 1st run was about $38 for 2. Any more I make I will only need to buy the heat shrink and lead which will be about $9 a piece

I did not read the whole thread, but did anyone have gains only from using the CC?

So is this device alone enough to produce gains like with hanging or jelquing or does it only have a contributing effect to them if so at all?

Probably not Joe2, that’s not the purpose of an ADS, rather it’s a supplement to a routine. Think of it like a protein powder in bodybuilding, you can’t just down protein powder and expect results you’re going to have to lift heavy weight, break down the tissues and then drink the protein powder

Any impressions yet? I know you’re a professional HTW user, so I’m thinking that you’ll get the hang of CC use lickety split. Irrespective of that being your experience or not, please do provide a review.

Thank you Xeno! I sure hope so. I suspect its time for me to move into P phase. I tried the CC out today and about for 4 hours without a hitch. I use 2 HTW but not one on top of the other. That caused the HTW and CC to slide off when trying it out at my house. I roll the first one above the first “notch” or two onto the CC and then I attach the second one butting up against the CC with a tail that reaches the coronal ridge, due to rolling it down like a condom. Much like I attach the PE weights. I was feeling fatigue while wearing it, it was a wonderful feeling!!! I will test drive it at work tomorrow. I will start my P phase by the end of the week so it will get much use.
