Cock rings for a "workout" after PE
Hey everyone,
I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of this exercise, but would it be wise to purchase a cock ring that is smaller than a recommended diameter?
The purpose being, I know there is an exercise where you kegel as much blood as possible into the penis, and squeeze at the base for many seconds. Is there some sort of device that can achieve the same thing? Or perhaps another method?
Also, I have a question about PI. So after my session, I got from about 4.8 to 5.1 temporarily, which slowly fades away by late morning of the next day (I do PE before bed). I haven’t had any pains, sometimes the skin can be a little sore after warm up stretches, but the penis itself is fine. I’m also only about 5 weeks in. It’s feeling fuller, but the results aren’t quite showing in numbers, I’m hoping that’s just part of the process.
Any recommendations that I can do after my routine to add some better permanence to gains? (Other than ballooning, I already do that, and the whole squeeze thing.)
