I'm a believer...

I’ve been PEing only about 5 months, 4 of those months with devotion. After a short period of time I moved to both jelqing and hanging. I had good initial gains, but I got a small blood blister. Jelqing and squeezes seems to aggravate the blood blister and keep it from healing, but hanging doesn’t. So I switched strictly to hanging (bllod blister is almost gone).

I really like hanging. Over about the last three months I’ve worked up to 10 pounds. I hang at 10 pounds for 20 minute sets, 10 off between sets. I warm up first and continue to apply heat during the entire hang session (during and between sets) using a 60W light bulb and reflector which is close enough to my equipment so that it radiates a decent amount of heat. Tried a 100 watt bulb but it’s too hot. I thought also at first to use a heat lamp but decided that the associated UV risk didn’t warrant the technique. In any case the 60W bulb works fine and I recommend the technique.

I started early Nov at bpel 7.75 x eg 5.19…. last measurement a couple of weeks ago was bpel 8.25” x eg 5.38”.

I never measured my flaccid length or girth, but both are visibly bigger now.

Overall I’m really pleased, and am determined to get 9” bpel (8.5 nbel) x 6”

I do no girth exercises, and won’t until the blood blister is 100% gone. But you can see I have realized some girth gains from the hanging, and I am particularly pleased to see the changes in the base girth department. The base girth makes the cock look powerful, and does a number on the woman during the deep thrusting.

My wife doesn’t know I’m PEing, but I’m hitting the end all the time now and am having to learn how to press those buttons without hurting her. A month or so ago, she said: “wow.. .that motion you were doing, can you do it again because your getting right back there and …. well, I really want to explore that more.” Guys, there was no new motion; it’s just the extra 1/2”.

Avoid injury and over doing it.

For those jelqers out there, jelq slow. Take 10-15 seconds if possible.

Don’t forget to take necessary breaks.

Take gensing for woody health.

Moved to a separate subject altogether

I read this thread carefully. Until now, six pages are not so much to sketch reliable statistics.

Notwithstanding, it appears that most gains are reserved to NSY people, say 50+, requiring years of very very very intense exercising. Moreover, it seems people gaining so much took often chemicals, like sildenafil. I wonder whether these people do have, in fact, natural non-chemistry-aided sexual relationship and, above all, if their sexual relations, if any, are satisfactory.

I am 25 years old. I started PE two years ago at 7” NBPEL and 5” EG. I did it at almost every level of intensity, trying stretching, jelqing, clamping, pumping and variants. I took herbal supplements, erection enhancers, branched-chain amino acids and minerals. I did sport and maintained a good diet. I did not smoke and only rarely drunk some beer.

Now, my penis meaures 7” NBPEL and 5” EG, just like 2 years ago. My erections as well as my duration went down. Fortunately, I did not hurt my penis and since I stopped PE 1 week ago I am regaining the great value of penis-health.

I know my post is a out-of-tune voice in the chorus.

I’m in my early 20’s, and I made great gains around 18-19. It is very possible for us (young men). I am getting back in the game with hopes of hitting 9 x 6 (3” Length increase, 1” Girth increase since starting). Currently I stand around 8 x 5 3/8, and I started at 6 x 5.

I started in ‘05, I HAVE gained something like 1” in erect length and my flaccid is larger. I believe ALL of my gains were in the first 5 or 6 months of PE. My routine consisted mostly of an ADS worn 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

That got very, very old.

Unfortunately, I have not gained anything since dropping the full-time ADS and trying everything else under the sun. So if there is a moral to this story…I would have to point to the kind of tenacious consistency that borders on obsessive compulsive disorder.

I have tried to justify quitting a million times. But, here I am again.

You want to know the most inspiring thing I have ever experienced? The one thing that makes me want that 7” flaccid and 8+ erect penis? When I have been “plumped”, I can see women notice. Good girls, bad girls, young and old…When I hang larger, they notice. When I don’t, I’m just another guy.

In the end, regardless of our motivation, we are all desperate for something we can not seem to find.

PE is just one more flavor in the list of options.

Yeah me the same way…

I started PE about a year ago. A now ex-girlfriend made me start. She never said it to me but I innocently overheard her talking to a friend about how I wasn’t big enough to truly satisfy her. I started at 5 NBPEL and 4 EG. I didn’t have enough time to do a full routine because I work full time and I’m working on my masters degree so I only have time to clamp and ADS. After a year I am 6.75 NBPEL and 5 EG. A friend of the ex was in town this week and after giving her seven orgasms in 2 hours I know that Thunders might have been one of the best things to ever happen to me. I’ve been lurking a lot because I’m still a little afraid to talk openly about this but after tonight I know that I’ve done the right thing. Thank you to everyone on these boards for giving me the courage to do PE and to all those haven’t had any gains yet, persistence, determination, positive thinking, and patience are my keys to gains.
