Coming back from long decon break

12

smonk,

I’m not big on routine/structure…I get bored easily. Basically for the next couple of weeks I’m doing stretching and jelqing for a 45 minute to 1 hour session. I’ll shortly move into clamping for girth focus. I clamped quite a bit the first time around at 3x10 minutes, so will ease my way back up to that but am considering working up to 15 minute sessions. I’m a little nervous about it as I’ve read repeatedly that “tissue death” starts in after 10 minutes, but there have been quite a few clamping gainers who have utilized 15 minute sets. When and if I get to that level I’ll post my experiences in terms of numbness/coldness with 15 minutes.

I might throw a little hanging into the mix too. I’m not really focused on length (though I certainly wouldn’t object to length gains) but I certainly feel that any stress on the tunica would help with girth gains and like that a 20 minute hanging session allows me to multitask at the computer whereas manual exercises and clamping do not.

Warning….go very slow!

kingdingaling was right and I was wrong. I was impatient with my comeback and now suspect I developed my first ever thrombosed vein after just 3 days of engorgement work. I was feeling no pain at all besides the normal soreness I used to get after a good workout, but today just discovered a new and very hard “rubber band” like thing on the underneath with some localized soreness around it.

I’m not convinced it’s a t-vein as it’s on the ventral side and it seems most of the injury reports here seem to be of veins on the dorsal side. I’ve also been unable to find any diagrams of the ventral vessels. I’m going to research further but wanted to get this warning up here for your benefit ASAP.

Take it very easy and do the full course of the newbie routine. I sure wish I had.

Just about finished with month 7 of my decon break. I was hoping to get my penis completely back to its pre-PE state by taking a long break, and then begin PEing again to see if it really does work. I haven’t done any PE exercises, but I have continued jerking off. My size looks about the same. I’ll measure tomorrow though to be sure. Think it’s time to come back? or should I wait a little bit longer?

I’m just wondering how that much of a break helped with gains. *scratches head while internally gazing at different possibilities.

The whole point of an extended decon break is to return to being able to get newbie speed gains from doing a newbie level routine. Tissue memory means that if you go to an intense routine after a decon break, your tissues will toughen up extremely quickly; far quicker than a ‘genuine’ newbie. Reconditioning fast throws away all the benefits of taking a break, and throws away the potential gains.

Your aim should be to do the absolute minimum you can, while still getting gains. That way you get gains for a long period before you are fully reconditioned.

People are under the severe misapprehension that being well conditioned is a good thing. It most certainly is not! Not if you want easy gains. More conditioned = harder to gain.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

After a longer break you should start easy the first and maybe second week.

I do not belief that my gains came from classical newbie routine, but that might be just me and my body needing harder and consistent effort when doing and gaining from PE

My 10 month deconditioning break didn’t help me with new gains at all. Just saying.

I’m coming back from a 2.5 year break and it’s hard not to go hard at it early on. Takes a lot of will power to resist.
