Could somebody please advise me on the real way to use a Penimaster

I have had a Penimaster for maybe a year now, I used it for 3months but didn’t really see any improvement in any way at all so I stopped,
I am confused as to the actual method of using it, could somebody please write me a specific “idiots style” guide,
So example how you determine how many rods to add in, how long you wear it for, when you take a break, etc
I found when I used it before my dick would obviously remain stretched but would become very thin and cold.
I don’t have a lot of hours to be wearing this but maybe 3 a day would be worth some form of gains.
I really would like to see some gains because I have been PEing for like a say about a year now and have
Basically seen nothing too very little gains.

a) Everybody is going to need different tension due to their penis being a different size, and level of conditioning. I’ve had good success with traction just short of my full FSL.

You’ll have to wear it much longer than that to see results. Successful PE does take a certain amount of self discipline, you know.

I’m assuming that you used it less than three hours a day for three months. I’ll give you 10 hours a week, then. 120 hours is not really enough time to see a gain with one of these devices: I would say you would need 500-600 hours to have a visible gain.

If you really want visual results, take up pumping: you’ll get your instant gratification there. If you’re not a newbie, try combining your traction with hanging and it will be much more effective

I have a strong suspicion that this type of device must be worn much longer than 3 hours/day to see any improvement. I have a sneaking suspicion that the tissue must fatigue significantly before any real growth can occur. The penis is designed to endure prolonged tension for at least 3-4 hours, before returning to a non-tensioned (flaccid) state. For fatigue to occur and growth to start, I would guess that 5 hours consecutive wearing is the absolute minimum for growth. When you get into the 12 hour range you are really getting more penis.

Think about it - If short duration stretching can do it - I know I’d have a 9” penis by now - I regularly achieve a rock hard erection for sex and can maintain for at least 2 hours. This does not constitute PE. My dick, albeit healthy, will remain the same length, approximately, and goes back to it’s original flaccid size.

I have worn an ADS for 10 hours, and after that time my dick does not retreat to a regular flaccid size - instead stays a bit longer - a sign of fatigue. When I’ve worn one for 4 hours. I see very little difference in fatigue level.

FYI, the instructions say wear the Penimaster 12 hours a day.

You’re right: lower tension, longer time is the ticket here.

But how can you wear it for that long, there is not enough time in a day, it is impossible to wear out of the house really, especially seen as you have to take it off every hour and then put it back on 10mins later

Having said that, the traction/ads approach is, in my opinion, all about cumulative time. The longer you can keep your penis in the stretched state (preferably at the lowest possible level of tension necessary to achieve results) the better.

I personally would go beyond cumulative time … I think that if you use a low tension (<=1200 gm) stretch, you will get no results from short sessions (i.e. less than 5 hrs/session). In other words, wearing the device for the same amount of time, say 1500 hrs. at 3hrs/session you may get 1/4 inch out of that where if the sessions were 12 hrs/7days a week you should get something like 1.3 - 1.5 inches.

Just my theory, folks. But I think it makes perfect sense - you have to “fatigue” the tissues by stressing them outside of normal use without allowing them to recuperate. Then the weakened tissue under traction will cause cell growth.

3 hrs/day at 2.5 lbs is not that unusual a stress for the human penis - a little bit - but not much. But 12hrs/day @ 2.5 lbs??? The penis is not designed for that stress and that may cause controlled enlargement.

Again, just a theory, but i’m inclined to buy it for now.
