Critique my girth routine please
OK, so I’ve decided to focus exclusively on girth. I did some jelqing/squeezing for the first 6 months with negligible gains, but I wasn’t really consistent because of overworking/injuries. Anyway, this is what I will do for 3 months, before measuring again:
-30 minutes high-erection wet jelqing ( 5 days/week)
-thrown into every 10 minutes or so of jelqing will be a single Uli or a single Horsie movement.
Does this look like it will be enough to get the average person at least some discernible gain? Should I add more if I really want to be serious about it? I’m very dedicated, but I don’t want to overwork myself and hinder my progress. Also very important: can I throw Ulis/Horsies into my jelqing without much risk of injury, or not? They feel like they really pump me up, but I’ve injured myself by doing nothing but jelq squeezes before, so I want to be careful. Thanks.
