Critique my girth routine please

OK, so I’ve decided to focus exclusively on girth. I did some jelqing/squeezing for the first 6 months with negligible gains, but I wasn’t really consistent because of overworking/injuries. Anyway, this is what I will do for 3 months, before measuring again:

-30 minutes high-erection wet jelqing ( 5 days/week)
-thrown into every 10 minutes or so of jelqing will be a single Uli or a single Horsie movement.

Does this look like it will be enough to get the average person at least some discernible gain? Should I add more if I really want to be serious about it? I’m very dedicated, but I don’t want to overwork myself and hinder my progress. Also very important: can I throw Ulis/Horsies into my jelqing without much risk of injury, or not? They feel like they really pump me up, but I’ve injured myself by doing nothing but jelq squeezes before, so I want to be careful. Thanks.

High erection jelqs fatigue your dick quickly so gradually increase the erection level and intensity. IMO 4 days per week doing high erection jelqs are sufficient. Do a Uli or Horse every 20 jelqs (any fixed number will do.). You can always do a planned overtraining. Works relatiely well for me.

Every 20 jelqs? Really? Seems like all the recommendations I’ve seen on here have been for a Uli/Horse once every 100 jelqs or so. Any other thoughts?

Note I said any fixed number. Its up to you. Me; I like to keep the intensity as high as possible. Just remember take your time.

Do it slow.

Work up to as you progress:
Warm up 2o m minutes.
“V” stretch for 20 minutes.
50 wet or dry jelqs.
50 jelq squeezes.
50 Uli’s.
Kegals 50
Warm wrap, or rice sock.
1 day on 1day off.
