Critique my Routine please
Just started this new routine that I made for myself and would like some opinions on it. I’m not a total newbie so don’t tell me my exercises are to advanced. I’m careful not to overdue it and I believe my penis is conditioned enough for these exercises.
I don’t use sets. I time all my exercises.
Start off= 5 minute warm up
5 minute basic stretch (up, down,left,right) hold 30 seconds
5 minute V stretch holding for 30 seconds
5 minute basic stretch
5 minute V stretch
5 minute warm up
20 minute Jelq
10 minute Jelq squeeze
15 minute horse 440
5 minute Ulis
5 minute SD slinky
Then take a hot shower for my cool down
I just added the horse 440’s yesterday because I’m starting to get the baseball bat effect and hope that they will help with it. Also I’m trying to work on girth more than length so if you can give me any advice as to better my girth results please do.
