Please critique my routine

OK, I’ve been PEing for about 3-4 months. I’ve seen maybe 1/4 in. Length growth and 1/8 in. Girth growth. I’ve been doing the newbie routine until just recently, when I switched to this:

Warm up
15 min. Stretching (30 second reps, 4 directions)
15 min. Jelq squeeze

Is there anything else I should be adding, as I move from newbie to more advanced exercises? I find the jelq squeeze is MUCH better at getting me engorged than the regular wet jelq. Should I incorporate hanging or clamping, or is it too soon? Also, would it be a good idea to move my schedule to 3 on-1 off? Or would 5 on-2 off be best? Thanks.

What are you mainly shooting for right now length or girth?
If length look into all the different stretches you can do like V-Stretches.

I assume that you’ve been doing 2 on and 1 off.
Depending on the intensity you’ll want to switch it around but I’ve stuck with a 2 on and 1 off routine since I’ve started.

Before I started clamping I tried Horse440s for a while to make sure my penis was conditioned enough.

Whatever you do go slow so you don’t hurt yourself and keep track of what works for you.

It’s good that you are ready to get into the advanced exercises. If you start with the hanging you should start with some light weights just to get use to hanging. You should do your warm up and jelqing, stretching before hanging. Then do a cool down with cold cloth for five minutes. Clamping is a little to soon for that right now.


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL 9.000"x EG 6.500" Dusty

Everything looks fine . You can increase the routine if you want a little bit. Have you gained/ noticed anything?

This is weird, hanging after jelq? I thought it’s should be completely flaccid for hanging.
Cool down??? Are you sure it’s not warm down?

I really need further advice & information on “after jelq” and “cool down” issues, since I will start next month.
