Decon Break. Not Liking It. Losing Girth.

I find it to be quite amazing that you haven’t had any real breaks throughout your three years of penile exercise. Honestly, this might be exactly what you need. So, just keep us up to date on everything, it should be rather interesting to see what exactly happens.


Earliest Measurement (March 2017): BPEL: 5.5 inches - MSEG: 4.5 inches - BEG: 4.75 inches

Wow. Happy I came over this thread. I have worked out quite tough for a month now and had to feeling a break is needed. But somehow just can’t stop PE. But it is definitely necessary.


Stats: 06/2011: BPEL: 13 cm; MSEG: 10 cm; 04/2022: BPEL: 20 cm; MSEG: 14 cm

Goal would be: BPEL: 20 cm => reached 03/2022; MSEG: 15 cm

Well technically tissue doesn’t grow when working out, and it’s a rule regarding most parts of the body. The grow you get during working out is the blood flow + inflammation combo (which can be prolonged), which is not “real” growth alteast from bodybuilding perspective. You grow when you rest.

Good to know. I’ve been a member here over 3 years. I read the new posts everyday. I’ve read many, many times everyone needs or should take decon breaks.

It took me over three years, and the last year of not gaining anything, to finally learn the lesson.

My full workout for the last year was almost an hour and a half. No gains. So, I think decon was my only option. Should’ve done it sooner, but it was ingrained in my head, no work no gains.

I will definitely keep everyone updated if I actually grow while resting.

I should mention, I did add a decent amount of base girth over the last year. I think mainly lots and lots of BTC stretching. I consider mid shaft much more important. That’s why I forgot to mention the gains at the base.

Day 12 Of Decon, Lost .125” MEG Already. Not Happy…

So it’s day 12 of decon. I’ve done nothing on the days I was at work. I’ve been off work 5 of 12 days. The days I’ve been off, I’ve been using a heating pad for about 2 hours a day, lots and lots of kegels, (on work days also), & an edging session.

Today during an edging session, I measured 4.875” MEG. A few times I got 5” which I have been at well over a year. But, I’ve already lost .125”. Extremely disappointing! Makes me think, did I makes the right decision. Should I only do a 1 month, instead of a 2 month decon? I know it’s wrong because I went so long without gaining anything, but should I start back right away?

I haven’t lost any BEG (yet). BPL is pretty much the same (7.25”-7.375”). Another good thing is, since starting PE, my flaccid hang is a whole lot better than prior PE. I never really measured flaccid hang pre PE, because I knew it was pathetic. Now, I’m on average I’m 4.5”. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less.

But, my main concern is girth. So, I’m very frustrated at the moment. Just venting to the forum, any comments/advice will be greatly appreciated.

Could be your nerves honestly.

But personally I believe that PE exactly like gym requires consistency, as soon you stop for a while you lose some, it’s normal even during decon breaks.

It may be normal, but I ain’t liking it. But after a year of 0 gains, while working out hard (no pun intended)I think it what’s needs to be done.

It’s just very disappointing, to lose girth. Some people actually gain while on decon. Obviously not me, which I suspected.

.125” of an inch. Yeah, I can read 1/8” on a tape measure .

I get what you’re saying. But yeah.I know what an 1/8” inch is. To me, in PE terms that’s pretty significant.

I’m like you man and majority of us here, don’t feel bad it’s a common thing and even if it wasn’t, just gotta fight through it and staying positive.

I’d like to know more details about your exercise this year. So as to judge where the problem is.

After I returned to PE, in 10 days, the length increased by at least 3mm, and the girth was at least 3mm.

I work 4 days on, 4 days off. My full routine on off days-Heat at least 10 minutes. Manual stretches for 10 minutes. Jelqing for 10-15 minutes. 10 minute clamping session. 12-20 minute pumping session. Another 10 minute clamping session. And sometimes another 5-10 minute pump.

I would do this routine 3 out of my 4 off days.

On days that I work, 2-3 hours BTC stretches. And whenever possible, like every other day, a 5-10 minute clamp, Once in awhile, an additional, 5-10 minute pump.
