I’m also going to take off one week per month, so 3 or 4 weeks on, 1 off.Furthermore, I am considering moving to a week on, week off routine where I only do girth or length instead of both and swap week to week, or maybe month to month, or even two months on, two off for each exercise. Then I’m always engaging in some sort of PE, but letting one part rest while I work the other, and maybe work in a month during the year where I do nothing at all. Probably this will be June, when we take a lot of family vacations. Might as well relax, eh.
Further-urthermore, I lightened my routine times and frequencies, especially the stretching.
Further-urther-urthermore, I vary the workouts day-to-day, as you might in the gym.
In other words, I’m toying with the schedules to see what works and what doesn’t. Probably the biggest thing I’ve found that does ~not~ work is making long-term plans. I originally planned months ahead. Now it’s week-to-week based on PI and my chimp-brain instincts.
Speaking of which, monkey thumb-feet might be nice for stretches, eh, and some creative jelqing.
