This is in no way a rule of PE…Rest days for some are good…I have never taken a rest day, aside from injury[non-pe related]. In my opinion the penis grows when you pe it.

Your dick isn’t like any standard muscle on your body… therefore the same rules don’t apply to it.

I really doubt that you are actually tearing apart and consequently rebuilding tissue in the first place… I think it’s more that you’re steadily expanding the tissue capacities each and every day by forcing more and more blood in there. I myself have never really stuck to a consistent routine of PE as I really haven’t had much time or privacy (17 yrs old), but I think that finally I’m going to start putting some dedication into it… especially after all these revolutionary exercises. Thx DLD.

Im actually fairly muscular, dont have to take it so literal in that sense though. But as far as exercise, I usually lift weight 3-4 times a week and sprint on the others, so I guess everday “im moving”

That was meant for PE…most people on here are touching their units on a daily basis…..

Oh Boy things got a little out of hand here. I want to clear up some of the anatomy of the penis first…The penis is not a muscle but in does contain muscles. There are 3 main mauscles in the penis which serve different function:

muscles of the penis

The ischiocaverosus: on top of the tuber ischii. This muscle pulls the root of the adjacent part of the body of the penis against the ischial arch. It also helps squashes the dorsal veins of the penis which is used when we get a bonere. The muscle is fleshy and very strong.

The bulbocavernosus or Bulb, visable at the extreme base of an erection on the under side starts at the pelvis below your butthole and goes downwards It’s function is to compress the urethra.

The retractor penis is made up of 2 bands of unstriped muscle. It’s action is to retract the penis. It is a flat muscle, and it becomes like a tube towards it’s top. You will find this muscle between the ischiocarernosus and bulb muscles.

The function of these muscles is minimum in PE at a level that daily training would not be a issue unless the muscles themselves were being overtrained (ie. too many kegels) Since much of PE is stretrching and milking the main muscle action is in our hands and arms not so much in the penis. I am in no way saying overtraining is good because we are still dealing with skin and soft tissue that can only take so much abuse. The amount of training that may be perfect for one person may be all wrong for another so extreme care must be taken when determining what is right for you.

On a thread I printed in Dec. you gave a web address that showed the DLD and Dual Fulcrum Stretches. https://www.mygreenpoint.com. That is now closed and some citystyle something or other is on there. This was an excellent thread, but as with others on it at the time, I can’t figure out how to do these stretches. Do you have another site address with illustrations for these?

I know the penis is not a muscle, but the same principles can be taken into account. If you dont give your msucles time to heal, they will not grow, when you workout, your muscles break down, keep doing that and you will not see any gains. Probably even hurt yourself. In PEing, constantly stretching ligaments and enlarging blood vessels could cause equally harmful effects. The ligaments need time to repair or they may rip…..ouchie. And if blood vessels arent give time to heal, they can burst….another huge ouchie.

And bigblackstick….didnt mean to make it sound like a flame. I apologize if you took it that way. I was just pointing out the fact that living by that motto isnt always true. This may even cause new members to hurt themselves by going too fast for too long and not allowing their bodies to adjust. No hard feelings :)

There are few if any relationships between building muscle and PE. A better analogy would be traction, or stretching. The tissues do need time to heal, but they can also heal while further stress is applied as with many medical traction applications.

The amount of rest time needed is completely individual. Many guys PE everyday with no problems. Newbies should take time to learn and realize their limits, but that is more of an intensity and time-per- workout limit than a days per week limit.

I always found my best gains came when my tissues were in a fatigued state.

No offense but when you get to the point where you have to rename yourself Wanna13 like se–or DLD would have to do then I will take your advice on resting. Have you looked at his gains and if he says that he never takes a break then unless I have a significant injury then I feel like I can work through the little things and keep it going everyday as well.
