Wanna7.5, I think that DLD and BIB are living proof that this concept is not necessarily true in pe. I mean, DLD gained over 5” using a method that you are telling him should not work. BIB also gained over 5” by continuously stretching his ligs and they never ripped.
Lets listen to the veterans who already been there, done that and successfully gained and stop telling them that the method they used to gain shouldnt work.
