I am wondering, would it be ok to just strech then do a 5 second reverse kelg then relax, then a 5 second reverse kelg etc.? Because i become to erect when doing the regular kelg.

The other option is to masturbate before stretching. It works very well with me.

When you say stretch, do a 5 second RK, relax; do you mean that you are holding the stretch for that whole time, with 5 seconds reverse kegel and stretch, then 5 seconds normal stretch?

The most important thing in performing the Blasters is to take full advantage of the RK by stretching. This is the point when your ligs taking most of the stretch due to the extreme un-flex of the PC muscle.

Hold the strech all the time but instead of doing the normal kelg, just relax in that 5 seconds, then RK for the next 5 seconds, relax for 5 seconds, RK etc.

Ive got a question that probably sounds stupid, but here goes. I want to know if im doing Blasters right, and how you can do them in different dirrections.

I do Blasters as follows:
1. In a half laying down/ half seated position (my back is about 45 degrees from the floor) i grab my penis and stretch upwards towards my chest.
2. I then keagle, and hold it for 5 seconds against the upwards stretch and then release.
3. I notice that my penis really extends after i release the keagle and i hold that stretch for 10 seconds.
4. I repeat steps #2 and #3.

Im still unsure of how to do Blasters in any direction other than upwards, ive tried to do them but i dont get the same tug back as when i do them upwards. How can people do them downwards?

That is fine. The main point of the kegel is to serve as a means to feel the reverse kegel. If you are able to do this without the kegel by all means do iit.

Scooter, everything sounds correct for the first part of the exercise. The most important part of the Blasters, and the phase at which length gains are made is the Reverse Kegel and taking advantage of the ligs stretch venerability during this PC un-flex. It does not sound like you are doing a reverse kegel at all.

I know what i reverse keagle is (pretty much a pushing out feeling). But is that neccesary? When i release the keagle it seems as tho there is no tension in my PC muscle at all…

Should i keep the upwards pull for the stretch?

Very important. When you force a reverse kegel it is the total un-flex of the PC muscle allowing you to isolate and stretch the ligs.

My advice is to go with the “feels like im tryin to shit” thing and Blast in the morning on the toilet. This how I do my Blasters so I do not need to worry about this. You are on the right track now.
