Do you Kegel with each jelq stroke?

As I jelq, I generally kegel in blood prior to each stroke to get a good level of engorgement. Do others do this as well, or is this incorrect jelq technique? Kind of a newbie type question so forgive me.

I do this and find it is a good way to increase the intensity of the jelq stroke. I would say this is a good technique for gaining girth. Since you are new you should make sure you are warmed up and conditioned prior to performing these.

I do kegel when I jelq, but I kegel for 5 2-3 second strokes then rest for 5.

It’s a good way to get more blood in the ol’ Weiner. Keep doing it and your results will probably come quicker than doing jelqs without the kegels.

That’s the way I do jelqs , if I don’t kegel it doesn’t feel like they’re done right .

If I kegel continuously I start losing my semi-erection, so I do every now and then only.

I kegel on every jelq. I jelq hold, kegel, release while still holding the kegel I start a new jelq. Only when the jelq has started do I then stop the kegel.

More blood to work with at a lower erection is a good thing. I do it.

I do not keagel at all while jelqing.

Do you do this to keep blood in the unit?

My unit stays at about 50% erection while jelqing so I guess that’s why I do not keagle.

Yes. I do it to keep blood in it.

I like to stay closer to 75% erect. I get better expansion that way.
