Masturbation = jelq + kegel exercise

I think masturbation is a PE exercise in itself. It’s a combination of jelq and kegel exercise. Right now, whenever I feel the urge, I make sure I make the best of both worlds (workout and pleasure) by doing it being conscious of basic PE theories. That means no more backward strokes, just forwards or jelq strokes. Controlling ejaculation is where kegel comes in.

You could look at it that way, but, I really wouldn’t think corralling masturbation as PE would be as pleasurable as masturbation in all its glory in its naturalness.

I just think that you would be depriving yourself of the greater feelings of the excitement and arousal sensations when you masturbate freely. Trying to constrain the masturbation experience, in my opinion, is just a less enjoyable experience.
