Of course the muscles CAN recover, provided enough time passes between ‘sessions’ that exhaust the muscles. What I am pointing out is that the PC muscle needs time to recover before being in peak condition. No bodybuilder is able to pound his/her biceps with maximum weight/reps every day. The muscles need time to recover. The PC muscle is no different. Each ejaculation is exhausting for the muscles, given that they are forced to make multiple, rapid contractions. In order to let the muscles fully recover, I think that it is not advisable to ‘skeet skeet skeet’ more than once every other day. Try it out for awhile, along with kegel exercises, and I swear you will notice a difference in your erection levels, as well as the strength of your PCs.
