To me, masturbation is a physical activity. As long as you don’t masturbate to a point where your penis is “tired and sore”, then it should be ok. I noticed that if I jack off too much, my penis gets tired which may TOUGHEN the penis instead of LENGTHENING.
I am also inclined to believe that the way you masturbate may cause a difference.
1) some guys are strokers where they slide their hand up and down the whole shaft, which may cause additional pressure to tunica to toughen up (may be counter productive to length PE work)
2) some guys are polishers, where the hand focuses on the upper part of the shaft and gland, which don’t cause too much pressure on tunica.
What do you guys think?
I am a stroker, so I feel that masturbation may hinder the gain when a trained penile may heal “tougher” due to additional stroke of tunica. I want to the unit to heal “longer”. I believe too much stress on the shaft will be counter productive.
