The reason I joked (and not joking) about the obsession with accuracy is that in my experience measuring is a bit of voodoo. My erection can vary as much as 1/2” in length between post pe and rest days.
Personally I stop rounding at 1/4” and am suspicious of that most of the time, so I round down. As far as I’m concerned 1/2 ” increments are the most meaningful and noticable means of assessing gains. Anything less than that on either side means you’re just having a good or bad day.
