Dry Jelqs and Clamping

I don’t know if anyone else does this but I’ve found it to be very useful. I like to dry jelq for about 100-150 reps (10 per set per hand alternating) and then clamp for two-three sets of about 10-15 minutes at a time. This seems to work pretty well, and after I finish the clamp sessions I’ll do three or four more sets of ten dry jelqs to finish up. I like this routine as it usually leaves me with a nice pump afterwards and I’m definitely seeing imrpovement in the girth department, which I struggle with. Has anyone else used this kind of routine and seen great results over a fairly decent period of time? The reason I ask is because I’m thinking of adding a pump into the routine, but I’m not sure if it would be over kill, or if I should throw it in the mix and jelq/clamp some days and jelq/pump other days?

This is basically what I’m doing now, only using the canning tongs to dry jelq and stretch with and wearing an ADS after and between routines. The only differences is I do it almost continuously.

I’ve been using a similar routine for about two weeks now, and i’ve seen an increase in both length and girth.

BG, Do you mean that you use the canning tongs and the stretching continuously? I’ve been wondering how many sets I should clamp total. Do you have any reccomendations BG?

Dry jelq DURING your clamping sets then you will be doing some real PE!! :D

Non Stop PE

Actually, Juke. I do that. Once you have a good engorgement, you can achieve a kind of dry jelq by pressing the clamp up and down the shaft. Each time you press toward the body kegel in blood and the engorgement will swell. This constant fiddling with your dick whilst it is clamped helps keep a blood engorgement thus discouraging fluid buildup in the same way milking the tube does during pumping.

Millionman: I mean because I work at home and I’m alone at my desk most of the day, I can almost get by with PEing continuously. No. I don’t stretch or stay clamped indefinitely. Never more than 10 minutes in the clamp at a time. I get a better jelq and stretch with the tongs, because my hands get tired. I also clamp the tongs down behind the balls for a good BTB lig stretch and jelq. You can twist and turn the tongs and really give the ligs a good workout down low where the inner penis attaches close to the anus. I do this until my hands give out, then clamp off another engorgement for ten minutes. I usually keep this routine up all day every day. When I get tired or need both hands to type, I’ll just tuck and do a Fowfer for a while, but I work the dick continously. When I’m done I put on an ADS. The only time I’m not doing some sort of PE is when I’m fucking, but then again, isn’t that the ultimate PE?

Here is something you can do at your desk if you have privacy. I use one of the small CableClamps to clamp the handles of the tongs closed while the rollers are around my dick and balls. Then I hook a bungee cord to the tongs handles and pass it through a pad-eye I have bolted to the bottom of my desk (For back in the days I was hanging weights from a pulley) Then I hook the other end to the tongs, put my feet on the edge of my desk and roll my chair back till the bungee is tight. You can twist you chair right or left and get a real good stretch this way. You can control the tension of the stretch with your legs. Just put your keyboard on your lap and type away. It’s a fair reach for the mouse, but I’m working on that.

I’ve been doing a similar dry jelq and clamping routine for the past month and have gained 1/8” in both length and girth. I really like this routine.


8/14/05 ---> 11/18/05 -> Next goal

5.500" ------> 6.000" -----> 6.500" BPEL

3.938" ------> 4.125" -----> 4.500" EG

BG, I use a similar move to what you are calling the dry jelq in the clamp. I think of it of more as a uli, or s clamped short jelq, depending on if I simply squeeze or use my hand to force the blood forward into the glans. I get really good expansion with this routine though, as I usually end up around .25-.5” bigger without very much fluid buildup. BG, do you have any problems with fluid buildup since you clamp for so many sets?

BG, where can I see a pic of the tongs you use so I can maybe get a clearer picture?

When you jelq, whats the point of alternating hands? Is it alright if I just do all my dry jelqs with my right hand? I’ve been doing this lately and it seems to be working fine.

The only advantage of switching hands is that you can start the next stroke before the current one is finished and trap more blood, especially if kegeling between strokes.
