Need Help with my routine
Hey everyone. I’ve been PEing for awhile. I’m not a newbie but since I can only post in this section for now my routine will have to go here. I’m looking for a really good girth routine. I’ve made good progress over the past 4 months or so but lately I’ve been starting to hit a wall. My routine consists of a warm up of 200-300 wet jelqs, then 3-4 sets of clamping. This is all I usually do for girth. It has given me good gains but as I’ve said, lately, I haven’t noticed any changes. I want to see if someone can tell me whats wrong with my routine and if anyone can recommend any other exercises for me to add. Sorry to have written so much. Any help is appreciated.
