I was wearing a tight cock ring and reached the point of ejaculation (tired not to) but nothing came out as it was so tight. Is this harmful at all? it felt pretty good.

It’s not harmful. Most of your ejaculate probably went “retrograde;” backward, up into your bladder.

But that cock ring is way too tight so you might as well toss it. If you keep doing this, there is a potential over time for “trainging” yourself to shoot backward by gradually weakening the valve between your prostate and your bladder that closes and prevents retrograde ejaculation. While this is a harmless event, for obvious reasons it’s better to shoot forward than backward.
