I’ve gained over an inch and a quarter from just manual stretching and positive thinking.


Started:| 14 cm (unsure if BP or NBP) EG (mid-shaft) - 10.75 cm |

Current:| NBPEL - 17 cm; EG (circum scar) - 10.75 cm; (base) 14 cm |

1) Yeah they were all erect gains. In fact, I haven’t noticed any change in flaccid length since I was 15.

2) I stretched my member down, up, left and right. I made sure I could feel the stretch and then would hold it there doing some deep breathing. I’d do it repeatedly in a session of about 15-20 minutes. They were very intense but never prolonged.

3) No didn’t do any jelqing. I’d heard that the thicker your ligs are, the more difficult they are to stretch and that made sense to me. So I was girth free.

4) Back then, I often wouldn’t really do a warm-up. Occasionally I’d use a bath or a shower to warm it up. I never had a definitive routine, so instead I’d choose moments when I thought my penis was most pliable. Playing it by ear - so to speak.

5) Positive thinking: okay this will sound bizarre. I’d do it at night whilst lying in my bed, often whilst or just after doing some downward manual stretches. I would mentally tell my penis to grow and then try to meditate and visualize my penis growing and becoming how I wanted it to be. I would also try to mentally raise my hormone levels - telling my body to release testosterone and any other hormones thatwould help. I have no idea how much these helped, but they gave me more confidence and all of it together with the routine definately had good results. Especially considering how little time I put into it. I wouldn’t do it everyday either - just whenever I remembered.

Typically Golf weights weigh 6 oz
PEweights 10 oz

use them all day

Sorry kingpole I forgot all about this thread. Okay what I did was I just stretched in the morning (a and v stretches and stretched the ligs for maximum 10 min with warmup and warm down (heating pad)) then just threw on either two or three red gold weights from dicks sporting goods. I would just keep them on for about 2-3 hrs. Then rewrap and do another 2-3 hrs. I would just do it for as long as my glans would tolerate in a day because I would wrap right before the head and let the weights hang so that I knew my penis was being fully stretched out. I went with the concept of “letting my dick heal in an elongated state” and it worked. Now if I had any sense of motivation I would have done it longer than two weeks and I would have been tripping over it by now. I gained 1\8 of an inch in that two weeks. And no it wasn’t just a fluctuation because I measure a lot and it had nevertouched the 7.25 mark as easily as it did.

Started 5.5” and EG(ms) 4.5”, although I can’t remember whether this was BP or NBP. Exactly the same as you I believe.

I gained about 1/8 of an inch just doing manual stretching. To me, the gains were just too slow. Now that I jelq, stretch, and wear my ADS I have gotten gains much faster. However, I do see some point in what redeyez was saying about not jelqing. I think jelqing does help to accomplish gains faster, but it may also thicken your ligs. I noticed that when I did manual stretches and VERY LITTLE jelqing my penis was more pliable, and easy to stretch. Now that I have really incorporated jelqs into my routine, my penis is not as stretchy. I think yoyoto has also gotten some good gains through manual stretching alone.
