Kingpole, regarding off days, when you take them, do you take a total break or do you still do some form of relaxed ADS to “heal in a lengthened state”?
You are growing nicely. I take a comeplete break no jelqing, but I’m in the habit of fowfers just about 5 days a week now. They are so gentle I think it is safe enough to do five out of seven days.
I also consider ballooning PE which usually follows jelqing about 4-9 hours. Like tonight I will jelq I have shotened my jelq time down to about 20 minutes so that I may start doing them 3-4 days a week again. I was suppose to balloon last night but fell asleep, oh well.
I also agree to relax all muscles while jelqing, however some guys lose thier 60% erection and a few kegels can bring that back up again.
Yes, I agree Like Firgoat says in his Signature about heat thoroughly warm that thing up, this weakens your penis’s resistance to jelqing. Fowfers do a great job at this softening.
Also the issue of grip, I think hard gainers choke their dicks to death. Your grip should be no greater than the grip you use to jerk off in the first few weeks of the Newbie Routine. Then as you become more condtioned add a little tension. Think 1mm.
