Three years. Of course I took a long decon break for a year and a half.

For me jelq is good only as a massage.

I have gained near 2” in erect lenght from stretching 3-5 times a week for 40 minutes.

I started at about 6” Top BPEL, and today during my 1 hour edging session I measured about 8” Top BPEL.

I gained also something in flaccid , but that department I am still short.

Do Fowfers before jelqing, any stretch should help with flacid gains. But you have grown excellent erect gains.

Care to go into more detail on your stretching exercises.

Warm up for at least 20 minutes, then stretch slowly, not in a jerking fashion but slowly pull I out there as far as it will go, hold it for a minute if you can then do it in another direction should take at least 10-20 minutes.
Jelqing should follow stretching get a 60-70 erection and jelq it out slowly. Grip should be no more harder than when you jerk off. As you become more conditioned like after the first month of consistent jelqing add a little tension but not much think in terms of 1 mm tighter. Think quality over quantity if all you do in a 10 to 20 minute jelqing period is 150 jelqs make them quality one’s.

Rest days are when your dick grows do your Newbie program no more than 5 days per week. As your program becomes a bit more intense such as a IPR or MEM program or even the Sizemiester program take a day off between session.

20 minutes is some serious time for a warm up, don’t you think so? That would make warm up and down alone 40 minutes. I don’t know about you KP, but I don’t live alone. Spending at least 1 1/2 hours in the bathroom 4-5 days a week will lead to a lot of questioning and suspicion arising. 5-10 minutes works best I think. Over that time doesn’t help any more.

It is because your doing it in the bathroom.
Do you share a bed room with anyone?
Lock the door, make sure everyone is in bed.
Do PE in your bed room in a well lit area.

For time saving sake do fowfers they serve as a warm up and warm done as well as a stretch. They are easy to do and you can do your TP searches while do it. I’m doing fowfer now typing this post.

If you share a room continue to use the bathroom to do your jelqs warm up in the shower, stretch,jelq and when returning to your room do fowfers while in your bed room watching TV or something.

If one plans to use fowfering as a warm up then ok, but if heat wraps and so on for 40 minutes or so, that is just too much. Fowfering all day is not a problem.

Not anymore. Recently moved, so I am trying to settle down first. I mean I still get my PE done, that is not a problem to do. Coming back from my 3 week decon break, my routine is like 35 minutes long so I don’t get as much questions. I bed fowfer when everybody is sleeping, I hold it as long as I can, most preferably till morning.

I agree with kingpole that you cannot get too warmed up. getting all of the tissues THOUROUGHLY warmed up, so that they’re saturated with heat through and through, to their very core, is probably one of the most important things to remember (for me) with PE.

I also think that relaxation of all of the muscles in the genital/perineal area while you do exercises is very important, especially with stretching/lengthening work.

I think if most “hard gainers” put more focus on getting deeply warmed-up, focusing more on their moves, and relaxing the genital/perineal area while they did them that they might be very surprised at the results they would see.

kingpole, regarding off days, when you take them, do you take a total break or do you still do some form of relaxed ADS to “heal in a lengthened state”?

Kingpole thanks for the advices man, I have the same problems that aom have, hope this do not screw up my gains. I do my session the following way, 1 day on and 1 day off, I first kegel, I do intense kegel I guess it’s because that I have so much good erections and power in bed, this days my cum hit my GF friend real hard, she got scared (thanks by the advices on that too), anyway after the kegel, 2 days on 1 day off, I go take a “bath” of half hour, then I do 10 jelqs very slowly and Uli, and repeat that way, then I go take a real bath and heat up my man, then I stretch, fifty reps of JAI stretch.

Man I am really near of the 8” NBP and do not want to give up, another thing that I think it’s not helping me it’s the measure factor, because tonight I was measuring to my comparison tool (a bottle of deodorant) and I think it’s a little more near of the bottle, and I am gaining in girth, I hit a consistent mark of 16 cm in the base the only problems it’s cement this gains, anyway hehe I am pretty confused.

Phyriel, where are you now size wise? Some time ago, you said your base girth was up to 6.7”, which would be 17 centimeters. What happened to it? Anyway, good luck. Hope you hit it soon.
