Hey all. I didn’t exactly keep a log of my penile activities before I started PE, but I’ve noticed recently that I don’t really get morning wood (unless I have to piss in the morning) at all anymore. I was sure I had it before, but not recently. I don’t think I overtrain because my routine is exactly NOT that. I don’t have a “routine”. I just stretch or jelq when I think about it. Usually this is no more than an hour a day and not extremely tiring on my dick. I thought maybe its just that I jerk off too much so I stopped jerking off (starting yesterday) and I’ll see if that helps. It seemed though that when I went to measure, I’d have to get out my penthouse, spend 20 minutes jerking to a 80% erection, kegel to 90% and measure. I don’t think I’ve gotten a 100% erection in some time now. Keep in mind I am only 20. I don’t feel I have ED because I feel as if I’d be hard as a rock if I actually had a sexual encounter with a woman, it’s just I am incapable of rock hard erections for the sake of PE or measuring or whatever.

Any ideas guys?

Any exercises or supplements that are good at helping achieve ROCK hard erections?

I will leave all advice on routine and timing to the veterans here, but I can suggest one supplement that will help with your erections. An arginine based vasodilator. It increases blood flow and vessel dilation. I am currently on BSN Nitrix, and it helps with erection. Vasodilators (you may have heard of NO2) were originally developed for heart health, but everyone takes them now for muscle gain. It has had about as much impact on bodybuilding as creatine, whether its as effective or not is questionable. However, you better have a decent budget, because at $35 a month, your going to be shelling out some cash for a harder erection. Hope this helps!

You could try some Horny Goat Weed or Maca Root. I know these are meant to increase sex drive naturally and people have been using these for hundreds of years. Read up on Maca Root, you may be surprised at what you find out. Even if you only use it every now and then or while you PE, it may be worth it.

Try running. Strengthen your heart. I guarantee it will do more than nitric oxide. And even if it doesn’t help the erections (which it will) you will be in better shape and it won’t cost you a thing.

Dude go find a herbal supplement called “5-HTP”; you can get it from health stores like Holland&Barrett. It is great for erections, and is a mood enhancer for many people. I strongly recommend you try it for a week or two and think you will definately be surprised.

At your age, I would not think that you are in the need of supplements (although the suggestions given were good ones) unless there is some other problem with your body (high blood pressure, extremely overweight, etc). It is very easy to become hooked on them in your head. Your Testosterone level should be extremely high at 20 yo.

In all likelyhood, over jelqing, or jelqing at too high of a pressure is giving you fatigue. You also mention that you don’t do PE on a regular basis, so your conditioning is sporadic.

Also are you PEing just before bedtime? If so, you may not have recovered by morning. Try doing your excersizes after waking up for a few days, and monitor your wood that way to see if you simply need more recovery time.

If that doesn’t work, try jelqing every other day and see if it comes back. Remember, you are not just stretching your skin and ligaments, you are also giving all of your nerve endings an extreme workout.

We are all different, but my experience is quite similar to yours. Long recovery time.

Another thought— Are you kegeling? if so, you are working the muscle that controls erections. Fatigue has hit me there also, and will cause weak erections in the short run, but will improve them after you become aclimated to doing them on a regular basis

If I have a date planned for the evening, I make sure that I do no PE other than Fowfer tucks or very light stretching for twelve hours before the date, so that I am ready for sex.

thanks manage. I’ll try that. I don’t want to take supplements because I am still young and in the Navy so I’m not sure what I’m allowed to do. I am in shape and everything so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Do kegels regularly.

But I bet your problem is temporary and related to some stress or depression, or other mental/ emotional issue you are having right now. At your age you shouldn’t have any physical or hormonal reason for ED and you shouldn’t need to waste your money on the health food store crap.

I have to agree with this one. Even though i do not PE very regularly, if i wanted a killer erection, I’d probably PE back to back for three days and after about 36 hours of no PE, I’d start looking for some pussy knowing very well what to expect. maybe one should start asking the question: ” do you care for rocks inside’
