erections suck (no pun intended)
Hey all. I didn’t exactly keep a log of my penile activities before I started PE, but I’ve noticed recently that I don’t really get morning wood (unless I have to piss in the morning) at all anymore. I was sure I had it before, but not recently. I don’t think I overtrain because my routine is exactly NOT that. I don’t have a “routine”. I just stretch or jelq when I think about it. Usually this is no more than an hour a day and not extremely tiring on my dick. I thought maybe its just that I jerk off too much so I stopped jerking off (starting yesterday) and I’ll see if that helps. It seemed though that when I went to measure, I’d have to get out my penthouse, spend 20 minutes jerking to a 80% erection, kegel to 90% and measure. I don’t think I’ve gotten a 100% erection in some time now. Keep in mind I am only 20. I don’t feel I have ED because I feel as if I’d be hard as a rock if I actually had a sexual encounter with a woman, it’s just I am incapable of rock hard erections for the sake of PE or measuring or whatever.
Any ideas guys?
Any exercises or supplements that are good at helping achieve ROCK hard erections?
