Essential to Warm Down

Is it vital to warm down? I know it is said to speed up the healing process but is there anyone who doesn’t warm down but is there a real correlation between warming down and growth?

Well I have only warmed up, not warm down. I got some very impressive gains although it depends person to person.

Maybe take it upon yourself to see whether or not warming down will benifit you. Try warming up/down for a few months and then do your PE without the warm up/down for a few months. See for yourself which yields better results for you.

I personally just warm up by getting an erection and maintaining it for several minutes. And for the warm down phase I usually just massage my dick for a few minutes.

Do a search for “amazing isometrics”. Do these and a warm down isn’t required anymore.

Recently I’ve found that the warm down shrinks my flaccid after a workout.. Anyone else get this? Does anyone else think that the warm down is fully essential?

I’ve been doing a warm down and a stretch after PE’ing and I feel it’s allowed me to receive great gains in a small amount of time.

I’m with jb. I always warm down and have yet to have an negative indicators, and feel like my gains have been fairly good. They’re newbie gains, but I look at the warm as possibly preventing injury. I have to do 5 days on, 2 off, so anything that helps my little guy recover I strongly support.
