Can people help me compile a list of every type of PE that there is? And if you are so inclined, help me organize it, too?

Off the top of my head, there is:

1. Jelqing
2. Manual Stretching
3. Hanging with Bib
4. Hanging with with Vacuum Device
5. Hanging with a noose-device
6. Stretching Devices (kaleidescoping, noose-like devices)
7. Vacuum Pumping
8. many more I am sure…

[I posted this after remek, oops. I am just continuing where my first post left off. Thanks for the speed contribution, remek!]

This is just the start of a random list, off the top of my head. I was thinking people could contribute any known type of PE in a random fashion, and then things can be re-classified or “syntheisized”, like a “Genus/Species” tree that biologists use.

You can add to this list any type of PE. “Hanging with so-and-so devide”, “stretching with so-and-so”, etc, and then I (or someone more scientific than me) can classify stuff accordingly.

Like maybe there are 4 basic types of PE:

A. Manual Mehtods (Jelq/Stretch)
B. Weight/Resistance
——— i. hanging weights
——— ii. pulling devices
C. Chemical (i.e. Testosterone Injections)
D. Pumping (Vacuum Pump)

Who knows? This is just an example, I have no idea how it will turn out. I have only done manual exersizes and pumping myself, so I need others (especially hangers) to help me make the list, since I am unfamiliar with many terms/devices.

Oversight is the perfect (Freudian?) word for this project of mine, because I think I made one when I came up with the idea! ;)

I was hoping more people would take a few moments to jot down a stream-of-consciousness list of all the PE types/methods/devices they could think of to save me having to do all the research into forms of PE (like Hanging) that I am not that familiar with…

I might have to bury my masterplan… *sniff*

Yes, I realize I am whining. I could get a lot of info by reading and doing searches, but to make a thorough and definitive list would be a lot of work…I wanted to focus more on the analysis of the data than building the dataset…

Currently doing manual stretches, jelqing and starting ULI's. Still trying to lower my tight and very high erection angle.

BPEL: 6.2 inches / NBPEL: 5.7 inches / EG: 4.5 inches

There are only two forms of PE:
Tension and Pressure(negative/external or positive/internal)

Call the exercises what you will, but they all break down to these.
