Expanding pee-hole?

Curious to know from those who have had success with PE work, if over the course of time as your unit grew towards a larger iteration, if your pee-hole expanded as well? Several other threads have danced around this - one guy didn’t want to enlarge his pee-hole, just his urethra - another guy wanted to insert things into his pee-hole for the purpose of pleasure - to each their own of course. However for various nefarious reasons, I’m hoping mine enlarges as my dick begins expanding (which is what makes this hope at least plausible). Unfortunately member’s pictures (especially those that are presented comparatively) are not taken from an aspect that lets one determine this visually.

Because my meatus has always been on the smaller side, it’s bothered me that as a man I sound like a little boy when taking a piss, so I even take deliberate measures not to be heard by others when there’s a possibility of someone I know hearing me (even through closed doors - if it’s strangers, I don’t care as much). Please don’t tell me I’m just fine the way I am (because this is a neurosis I can’t shake and hell, I’m here working diligently on issues related to a penis I find hard to live with) but rather please share your thoughts if you have personally taken note of this aspect one way or the other as it relates to your unit during your PE journey. The practice is called “Sounding” and there are various toys you can get that will help you stretch your piss hole. Go carefully! I personally use silicon sounding toys. There is a manufacturer called Oxballs that makes them out of medical grade silicone. There are a lot of manufacturers that make them out of steel with gradually increasing sizes.

However, I’m not interested in doing sounding per se (reminds me too much of when I used to catheterize guys when I worked in a hospital’s ER - always figured karma would come back to reciprocate all the discomfort I sometimes had to inflict on others in the name of medicine, but don’t want to self-inflict something similar on my own dick - yikes). Rather, I want to find out if as the result of adjacent structures experiencing growth (glans, corpus cavernosum, etc.) if the pee-hole grows larger/wider right along with the rest of surrounding tissues.

I read on a couple threads where the lips of the PE’ers meatus had swollen, in one thread with pumping, and in another thread from intense jelqing, so in thinking it through, since micro tears are one possible stimulus to growth and we could say the meatus gets similarly provoked if it’s swelling from exercise, I’m wondering if this could/should induce the growth of the pee-hole too (and of course, the urethra too although I don’t care so much about that specifically). So I guess I’m asking members if their pee-holes have expanded proportionally with the rest of their unit’s growth or if they remain their original size post-PE in the midst of an otherwise larger unit (no offense, but sans sounding).

(A similar ask would be, do guys have a bigger/louder piss stream after growth as a result of PE’ing?)

In my experience, nothing other than sounding has much of a chance of expanding your pee hole. Swollen lips after pumping or jelqing results in more of a flow hinderance until the swelling goes down and and then the flow is back to normal.

Thanks for your input gprent - so I may just need to live with it, but wanted to know what to expect as I get this body-hack underway. I’ll still be thankful for whatever gains I get and on the flip-side, the physics of a small orifice seem to contribute to some long distance emanations whenever one climaxes outside the wife which never fails to give her a chuckle of appreciation.

I have a small urethra hole. Born like that. I don’t care.

Although sometimes I find myself wondering what will happen if I ever need a catheter. Ouch!

Regarding caths in the ER, we really didn’t care in the moment about saving you discomfort if you were on the small side and yeah, sometimes it in the midst of their panic of being in pain and completely vulnerable, you felt really bad for them (and some guys, it was the reverse of putting a straw down a freaking firehose so that urine leaked out around the stupid thing into sterile fields) - not surprisingly, the tissue is very pliable and allows you to (with lube) insert things that are VERY uncomfortable in some instances (referring also to procedures urologists would do).

However, from also working OR (and just outright asking for this mercy before I had two hernia surgeries myself) should you ever need surgery, the nurses that do this once you’re under, are familiar with every variety & size that comes through and have plenty of cath sizes on hand to handle any variation. You just wake up knowing it was done, with a slight sting/discomfort in your pecker.

If it has grown it is not noticeable at all. It hasn’t. Just saying.

Sure - not that all are like this but as a recovering sex addict, I’ve worked thru a lot of stuff related to my junk (and Thunder’s has been helpful in that regard - learning that my insecurities are much more normal than I thought while actually discovering I can do something about what nature gave me) but the fear of getting a cath (along with knowing a group of folks could check out my diminutive junk) was one of the reasons I put off (dangerously so) getting the surgery. So if my analysis :) would forestall fear on anyone’s part, hopefully that puts the world into a little better balance.

I saw this contraption, and thought it was a different approach. I’m not pushing it in any way, but it looked like a different way to expand your urethra than sounding. Might work, might not - I never tried it.

People’s ingenuity & tenacity to solve obscure problems is just amazing and seeing how the rest of the body’s tissue in this region grows/expands, I gotta suspect it works but do I want it that bad?? Reading some of the other threads again (and seeing this alternative) probably gonna let it go..

@Bill10 - cool. Yeah, I’ve got some real horror stories I could tell in that department but none of them involve reasonably healthy guys - good luck & plz don’t let that concern make you hold off too long on a needed procedure - not so bad

I got “scoped” for a kidney stone, no sweat! The damn scope was about 30 inches long, though, and they use it ALL!!! :rofl: The nurse was a rather pleasant lady, and attractive, it seemed her bedside manner and small talk was almost flirty ;) She was kind and gentle with my unit D:

Hey 2BigAlready - yeah, they can be a pretty outrageous group of folks - as with anything, they do what they must to break up the monotony - some of the folks I worked with were as prim and professional as anyone could ask for - no innuendo or talk ever behind a patient’s back - and then there was the set that were the complete opposite of that coin - shall we say some very healthy, imaginative libidos. But definitely comes down to facing down your fears and recognizing whatever the discomfort endured or whatever the caregiver might think, the pain is temporary and I’ll probably never see them again and in the big scheme, does it really matter.

I too used to think that I sounded like a boy taking a piss, especially after hearing other guys going in public restrooms.

There are three things you should do to help.

1. Kegels and Reverse Kegels. “Pushing” the piss out of you can make the sound much more loud and “manly”.

2. Aim for the deepest part of the bowl. You get a lower frequency sound the deeper water you piss into.

3. Record yourself pissing. I know it sounds kind of strange, but honestly, everything sounds different depending on what angle you are listening from. I bet you if you recorded yourself pissing, and if you did so especially when you are pushing, you would realize that you don’t sound like a little boy after all.
