Experienced PE'er - Haven't Gained In Ages
I haven’t really gained anything in a long time. Tried lots of stuff. Took a big decon break and came back 2 months ago, pretty consistent, doing manual stretches in all directions but am noticing no gain thus far. So since the start of PE, I’ve gained almost 1.5 inches in length. I’m just kind of concerned more won’t be physically possible.
Hanging was a complete failure for me and I don’t plan to invest all that time into again. So am sticking with manual which has treated me so well. I have a few tricks up my sleeve yet. Such as, twisting my penis (bundle stretches) maybe 360 degrees and pulling in all directions for the same amount of time I’m doing right now. Then their is always fulcrum stretches (V/A) possibly using an aid like a pool cue. So maybe the 1.5 inches is from maxed up ligs and whatever so now I have to work on tunica. Is it possible the light fatigue I feel in my ligaments will not produce gains after a certain point?
I also want to read a bit more on here again from people in this situation. I still retain quite a bit of the knowledge from what exercises to do but just need some motivational, and personal success routines / support from older PE’ers who do manual and struggled a bit but now have found something that is again working for them.
