I haven’t really gained anything in a long time. Tried lots of stuff. Took a big decon break and came back 2 months ago, pretty consistent, doing manual stretches in all directions but am noticing no gain thus far. So since the start of PE, I’ve gained almost 1.5 inches in length. I’m just kind of concerned more won’t be physically possible.

Hanging was a complete failure for me and I don’t plan to invest all that time into again. So am sticking with manual which has treated me so well. I have a few tricks up my sleeve yet. Such as, twisting my penis (bundle stretches) maybe 360 degrees and pulling in all directions for the same amount of time I’m doing right now. Then their is always fulcrum stretches (V/A) possibly using an aid like a pool cue. So maybe the 1.5 inches is from maxed up ligs and whatever so now I have to work on tunica. Is it possible the light fatigue I feel in my ligaments will not produce gains after a certain point?

I also want to read a bit more on here again from people in this situation. I still retain quite a bit of the knowledge from what exercises to do but just need some motivational, and personal success routines / support from older PE’ers who do manual and struggled a bit but now have found something that is again working for them. Thanks

People seem to forget about jelqing as their PE routines continue. Maybe because it’s hassle. What jelqing does is work the girth quite well.

Personally, I think you have to work girth to help with length gains.

I’ve gained a very marginal amount of girth. I do actually jelq, but only 50 strokes with an overhand grip whilst holding skin back with my left hand to hopefully not produce more turkey neck. I have lots of loose skin so to jelq like I did when I was a newbie is impossible. Currently those 50 take me 7-10 minutes to complete. Which I feel is enough to tire my dick out abit and then stretch.

Why do you say girth may help with length gains? The reason I’ve never done a proper long sustained girth routine is because of the elastic band theory. I just want 0.5 inches more and I’m at my perfect length. So I don’t really need much then I was planning to hit the girth full on at that point. Should I re-evaluate?

If you stretch on something in one direction for a long time, resistance will build up. The body adapts. Successful PE, imo, requires you to Spanish Inquisition your penis into submission. Hence girth work can allow for length gains.

The theory that the thicker your dick is, the harder is is to stretch probably has some merit but think of the cross section and how much in that cross section is actually capable of resisting stress.

I think it’s about increasing stress and forcing your penis to respond. Consistency and correct technique in any exercise routine, from newbie to advanced, is paramount, but constantly pushing the limits is the key to growth. Finding when it’s “just enough” for growth but not “too much” for injury is that razor’s edge to growth. At least that’s how it seems to work for me.

When I look back through my exercise logs and compare to my progress charts, it seems like always when I gave up on something were when gains were happening, it’s just slow and gains are always lagging behind effective exercise routines, and I just gave up too fast.

I will also echo that jelqing is definitely always a plus no matter what other routine you’re doing. Even 5-10 minutes before bed when I’ve been consistent with it has always shown to be a positive addition to any routine.

Where are you at now?

Why not try a regular jelqing routine and use stretching as a finisher. Think about it, what better time to pump, clamp, higher EQ wet jelq, or stretch than after you’re fairly worn out and can get the highest benefit from minimal work. Go with 200-300 50% wet jelqs for 3-4 sec each and 5 min of combined 30 sec stretches. I’ve had the best luck with stretches and holds lasting 30 sec and around 5 min gives me the best results without bruising.

I seem to have stopped length wise, so I’m focussing on jelqing only for the foreseeable future and see what happens.

I only recently figured the jelqing thing out so it holds my attention (slow learner I guess) and yesterday I went too hard and abraded the left side of the shaft, leaving what looks like road rash. I heal up quickly though so it’ll be fine.

My view is that, even though I seem to have plateaued no matter what I do, I will soldier on and see what happens.

I did see an 1/8” growth recently, but I’m not sure whether it’s from jelqing and improved EQ, or whether my weightloss has something to do with it or some of the PE, or a combination of those things.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

PE is no doubt the king of diminishing returns on one’s time investment, you can keep gaining but ever so slowly. I haven’t had any gains in years but I haven’t tried very hard either, little spurts of effort here and there. I will tell you this any lost size does come right back when you get back to a routine, it seems like muscle memory.

Interesting, I am in the same boat. I made great gains when I first started years ago… then hit a plateau. I gave up PE for a year or more, then I started up about the same time as you hoping to make the small gains I need to reach my goal (Vol=20).

Unlike you, I have been concentrating on jelqs, a few stretches, but mostly jelqs.

I think I may have gained a tad… but not enough to log yet.

About the turkey neck, I am just as paranoid about increasing it as you are, so recently I started wet jelqing with olive oil and it glides so much smoother than baby oil or other forms of lube. I can’t be sure yet, but it seems that because you glide over the shaft ever so smoothly it causes less skin stretching (I do use a lot of olive oil though).
I also hold my scrotum back with the hand I am not stroking with.
