Extender arm length in relation to BPEL

I’ve gotten curious in the past couple weeks, is there a specific length for your extender arms to be, in relation to your BPEL measurement, that results in maximum gains? When I started, I was going at 1” less than my BPEL. I gained like crazy, but would definitely attribute much of it to being a newbie. I gained 1/4” a week for the first two weeks, slowing to 1/4” for the next two weeks. Then it pretty much stopped. I haven’t had any real gains in awhile, and I’m thinking that I may have been running the arms out too far, and the penis is resistant to such a hard stretch. I just yesterday removed some pieces and am now using it at about 3/4-1” less than my bpel, and I’m hoping to see some more gains. Anyone (extender users,obviously) ever noticed where abouts they get their best gains?

It was a head scratcher for me too. I even had to make a thread about it. I’ve measured about 4 times since then and still get the same measurements.

How many hours per day were you wearing for? I wore my extender 9hrs per day for 4.5 months and didn’t gain anthing. I’ve always thought it was because I never wore it at a length greater than my BPEL

In my ignorance, I would think your attempting to stretch your BPFSL with an extender.

Even if it is only mm every couple of weeks.

So it should be stretched to greater than BPEL, and greater than BPFSL even…

Use heat before and during the beginning of the stretch to allow the greater length to be
possible.

In your ignorance you’ve confused the “your” which shows owner ship with the “you’re” that shows a state or way of existing. Also, the instructions that come with the andro-penis extender state to start with an arm length 1” less than your BPEL, which is where I got my best gains. I really couldn’t care less about BPFSL, as it means nothing to me, has little to no relation to BPEL. I’ve never even bothered measuring it. With the fluctuations in flaccid, non-stretched length, I don’t worry about that either. All I’m trying to get bigger is erect length and girth.
I think heat is a good idea, but a steady, painful stretch may not give the gains a more gentle, less traumatizing length will. I only dropped my arm length yesterday, and I can already “feel” that I’m gaining again. It’s a sensation I haven’t felt in months, but I recognize it alright.
We all gain differently and at different speeds from different stimuli. I haven’t had any gains in the past few months, so I’d take anything, but .25 in BPEL in two months is nothing I’d freak out about. Like I said, any gains would be good, but I’m expecting more. I think for myself, my lesser length will get me the steady gains I’m after. Whatever works for you I guess, but I’m not going to be putting a borderline painful length stretch on my dick anymore.

Around 2-3 hrs, I would also hang for 20 mins(2 sessions) at 11lbs. Then jelq for 15-20 mins and wear an ADS for 4 hrs

Maybe your pelvis bone has shrunken? Perhaps your whole skeleton is shrinking, be careful man. If it starts getting a bit tight around the eyeballs then check your skull. Again this could be from those foam bananas but I can’t say for sure. Happy new year!
