Hi Everyone! I just recently received my X4 Extender and I have a quick question to ask before I start. I’ve been hanging for the last two in a half years. First doing noose hanging with the Zen Hanger and than vac hanging with the LG Hanger. After noose hanging for twenty mins you take off the noose, massage blood back into the penis and than wait a bit before beginning your next set. The LG, had the advantage of hanging for up to an hour and than massaging blood back into the penis. My question is is that I have read that the penis could get cold while wearing the extender for a while. But how long should I be in the device until it’s time to start massaging blood back into it? Extenders are supposed to be worn for long periods of time. Am I supposed to take the device off every twenty minutes like I would a noose or am I supposed to wait every hour or possibly longer and than massage the blood back into it? Thank you for your help.

an extender applies a force anywhere between 0.9 - 1.2kg.
you can compare that to hanging the same amount of weight.
from my experience, you need to take it off every hour! (would be the same with a hanger btw.)
thats because the tension is so low, that circulation wont be cut off completely, even though its noose-style.

if its a vac extender, thats different, you can go much longer.

i say just experiment the first few days. try 20m and check your color.
then 30m, check. try 40, 50, 60m and check.

With a x4 and noose grip under the head crown, my advice is for you to try a level of tightening the noose , that still allow your glans to look pink while extending.
Using 500-800 grams should allow you to so 1 hour sessions
Probably if you go over 900-1000 grams, you will start to feel slippage and feel the need to tighten the noose more, but that would lead to purple head, more discomfort, shorter extending periods and overall painful experience.

Start with low tension and a comfortable grip that do not cut arterial circulation to the head
