Extreme BTC Pull.. for real?

I came across this extreme BTC pull using a stick. So it is essentially an assisted BTC pull.

This is done by an East Indian monk. I don’t think he does it for penis enlargement. I believe it is done for a religious practice. It is perhaps a way to deform his penis so he doesn’t crave for sex?

In any event, the video doesn’t show how he actually wrapped his penis around the stick. If it is his real penis, he is at least 8+" flaccid stretch length to be able to wrap at least twice on the stick.
