So I’ve just finished my PE routine for the night. I bumped up the number of jelqs I do from 1,000 to 2,000; the results are great, I can already see a noticeable (if termporary) girth increase, and even a slight length increase (probably 1/8 inch or so), with almost no fluid buildup. From what I can see/feel, it’s all CC and CS expansion with no lymph crap as some people tend to get. I started the night off with some clamping for 10 mins, followed by my 2,000 wet jelqs and 5 minutes of lubed edging. My erection while edging was considerably thicker and stronger than they’ve been, before I intensified my jelq routine.

Anybody else do this many jelqs in one PE session? Is it in any way harmful?
Oh, also I wanted to ask you guys if doing a clamping/jelqing alternating session would be of any benefit..(5 mins clamping, 100-200 dry jelqs, 5 mins clamping, etc…)

2000 jelqs?? If you’re doing them correctly, at 3 seconds per jelq, that’s 6000 seconds. Divided by 60 seconds per minute, that’s 100 minutes, or more than an hour and a half, of jelqing. I don’t know if that’s BAD for you, but dammit, that’s a long time to be tugging your dick ;)

2000 jelqs is way to much, I doubt that more jelqs has a positive effect when you go above 300 or 15 minutes. At what intensity do you do them.

Switching between jelqs and clamping has no effect in my opinion. When you go for both girth and length, do all girth exercises first, then do all length exercises for ideal results. Compare it to super setting in bodybuilding.

Do the jelqs for the regular 30 minutes instead, but increase the intensity (if you clamped before I think you’ll be fine with this).

Does anyone just jelq continously for 30 mins?

Not necessarily a problem but I doubt that jelqing for 30 minutes will be better for you than for instance 15 minutes in terms of getting gains.

I used to do that. I would spend 1 hour and a half only jelquing everyday. Trust me, jelquing has a very limited potential. I lost much time to get to this conclusion (almost 1 year). I would suggest you to started some ‘next level’ exercises, like Uli. Do 10 minutes of jelquing as a warm up and 10-15 minutes of Uli. The objective of these exercises is to expand the volume of your cock. why do you thing clampers have such a great girth? OBS: 1- watch out to do not hurt yourself. 2 - you may suffer of some discoloration.. so if you notice something, stop right away or do peeling afterwards, that’s up to you. ok? take care, bye :]

I’m 7X6 right now and that’s very close to the volume of a coke can. We’re talking volume, not just girth :) Hell your goal is a lot more than a coke can hehe
