Well, I’m pleased to read that seeing a longer BPFSL after stretching isn’t a necessity.

That encourages me to keep going with the fulcrum stretches that I am currently doing.

Honestly, I’m not all that confident that it’s going to work. Maybe a little…

I jelqed for so long and did that stint of pumping and didn’t get any gains from it - especially length, but no girth either.

I fear that anything short of having surgery or beating my dick with a brick is going to produce nothing. ALL that jelqing and nothing. I have tissues of steel.

Other than pumping it doesn’t seem that you’ve been consistent with PE. For me it’s a grind, I try one thing and do it for months if there are no results I move on to the next thing. At all times I keep plugging away at it.

How did you warmup?

I’ve not gained in the last 2 years, geez for as long as I can remember, so I know how you feel Gator.

Regular pumping makes me at least feel bigger but its temporary and even that for over a year know is becoming a chore.

Hey man, I understand, we’ve talked about it at great length. I personally am considering hanging in a month or two. It won’t be right now though. I’m trying a thing or two I hadn’t done before (horse squeezes and uli’s), and I like how they “feel”, expansion-wise. Im going to measure at the end of the month and see if has really been effective.


Starting measurements (August 2009): BPEL: 7.625in EG:6.25in BPFSL: 7.5in flaccid BP length:4in

"Peak" measurements (Oct. 2012): BPEL: 8in EG: 6.625in BPFSL: 8.375 in flaccid BP length: 6in

What bothers me the most about stretching is that no matter how I stretch, how long I do it, and how intensely I do, my BPFSL is NEVER EVER longer when I’m done than it was before I started. This bothers me.”

Have you stuck with the stretching? Last time we spoke you were pretty positive about it. I don’t think the flaccid stretched length afterwards means much necessarily. As long as the stretch feels good, get some fatigue in the ligaments then you should gain.

I did too quit after a few weeks..

But I am happy I got my “natural” EQ back. I see no reason to make it any bigger and risk my “natural” EQ.
No way to know if PE had anything to do with getting it back, because it was several weeks after I quit.

I wasn’t diligent with warming up, ever. I did it off and on. Not very much during my jelqing phases, but I’ve been doing it religiously with a rice sock now that I’m stretching. To be honest, it feels no different than not warming up. Not sure if that’s significant.

Yes, I’ve been pretty consistent with the stretching for about a month now. I don’t like stretching, but I’m feeling a good pull and stretch. Certain stretches moreso than others. V-stretches feel awesome. Inverted Vs I don’t feel a thing with them. I get a good stretch on the sides. Pulling down is the only stretch that actually gets me sore. Especially in the ligs, but I’ve been staying away from them as of late. The tunica seems to be my issue.

We seem to be at different ends of the spectrum. You need to do girth exercises for EQ. Your BPFSL is much longer than your BPEL. But, the common link is we both don’t gain. It is interesting, to say the least. I think there really is something to do with this TGC theory. Hopefully we can meet in the middle with gains :)

I’ve done very little length-focused work, but my EQ is smoking. I think it should be me considering hanging, not you ;)

I’m no guru or anything, but it seems to me from my reading that the people who gain most are usually very consistent and tenacious. This whole flitting about thing I would think would be wasting your time. I stopped jelqing after it failed to produce results after 3 months. I thought that stretching was producing all of my previous results, and so built a wench which I use to stretch manually with the force of hanging. Do you seriously measure every day? I used to measure every couple of weeks and it only gave me disappointment and depression.. now I only measure every 3 - 6 months and just do the same thing every day as many times as possible, keeping my expectations low..

What is your concern with hanging? I don’t think I could do it either (having weights around, getting the right setup all seems like a pain), but stretching with a wench allows me to apply similar forces with much less gear.

I agree with the tenacious part. I need to develope that - the ability to just DO and not think.

I only would measure BPFSL every day. Not my erection stats. Just the stretch.

My concern with hanging is that I don’t have the privacy for it right now. I don’t wanna get caught with a weight hanging off my penis. If I get caught stretching or jelqing, it can easily be passed off as jerking off.

Can you describe what you mean by “wench.” I always thought a wench was another word for prostitute.

Wench is a type of hanger, full name is Captain’s wench (named after member here). Probably the most popular hanger after Bib’s.

Anyway, what’s the longest you ever consistently stretched? This interests me the most, what did your most consistent stretching routine look like?

I feel extremely skeptical about jelqing for length. As a matter of fact, I would never expect any length from such exercise, even at low percentage of erection.

If you want length and if you don’t want to hang or use an extender, stretching is pretty much your only option if you ask me.

If you’re concerned with conditioning, you can always take a break. :)

Oh yea, definitely know what you mean. My EQ is improving with the Uli’s and squeezes, but I’m looking at hanging in the future, once my EQ is strong.

Didn’t know that. I’ve probably spent a grand total of 5 minutes in the Hanger’s Forum in my 2 years here :p

Seriously, I have no idea. 30 days, maybe. Last spring I did a progressive routine of jelqing and stretching and it lasted for about a month. I forget why I dropped the routine, but I did. You see, sometimes I’d drop a routine without any clear indications that it was or was not working. I just lose interest in something after awhile. It’s bizarre.

I disagree. So many people have gained length with jelqing. I know you’re a big fan of manual stretches and you’ve seen amazing length gains. But you’ve also dry jelqed so you can’t be 100% sure your gains are solely the result of stretching. I know dry jelqing is generally regarded as a girth exercise and I realize you never did that much of it, but still. I personally get a better stretch from dry jelqing.

Jelqing doesn’t give length gains? Read this Movin On Up ;) Although to be fair, ER’s jelqs were pretty low erection and I believe he concentrated heavily on NJC stretch jelqs.

Gator’s Log - Volume 2 - Additionally, starting at that post, I really started making some strides with jelqing. I was consistently measuring close to a 1/4" increase in BPEL. For some unknown fucking reason, I started throwing some stretching exercises in there. It fucked with my P.I.s and soon my gains disappeared. Go figure…

I could but I’m extremely fearful that any type of extended break will retire me. I took a 45 day break back at the end of the summer and it took me 2 months to get committed again. I was very close to not coming back.
